I opened the best that money could buy, account with Fileserve in October 15,2011.Two week later they shut down my account with no information to me. I have sent several emails asking the problem and with no answers telling what the problems is. Nothing sent to me explaining what the problem was. I have request that they close my account and refund the $99.95 and with no responds from fileserve. I have never violated any terms or conditions of there's. Since they have chosen to just take my money and return nothing they should refund my $99.95.

Fileserve takes your money for a yr and stops it's service after 6 months!
I paid for a 1 year premium service from fileserve.com. Then out of the blue approx 6 months into using the premium service I go to try and use it and my status is shown as free. I next sent an email to their support to see why I couldn't sign in and I was surprise that I did hear back from them but the problem was is their excuse of why they closed the premium log-in. Fileserve claims that they randomly searched and found that I had been using their service Fraudulently thus they closed the premium service but I still had the free service. Like I said in an email back to them I have NEVER use their service nor have I committed fraud of any kind and they should turn my paid service back on or refund the $50.00 they owe me for the six months I didn't get of service. Never heard a word from them again, so of course no refund. RIP OFF!!
