Hard to get a hold of if, needing anything and the 800 listed phone number does not work. Was actually a Qantus code share which I wouldn't do again.

Crew ruins my wife's dress

Cabin crew spilled red wine over my wife during a flight in business class. The company refused to pay for dry cleaning or any other compensation.

What a bunch of crooks. A disgrace to their country and to aviation.

Cancellation of flight credits,

Was informed that I had $2508 flight credits as well as the same for my wife that I paid for with the same account .I had to change the flights for a medical appointment for my wife and Fiji airlines wanted to charge me an extra $900 per person for the change.so I cancelled and rebooked at the original price. And now they are not going to honour the credits so I will be going to a current affair about fiji ripping pensioners.

I was a frequent flyer with your airline and your partner qantas but no more as I do not have the money to visit my family in the US that I have used your airline several times , I wasn't after a refund I just needed you to honour the credits for my trip. Regards Gary Conway booking ref 67YCYI

fiji air has not contacted me not paid me they’ve done nothingi’ve never had a company ignore my emails or blatantly lie. NEVER GOT MY REFUNDS!!

We were charged for overweight bags, but they weren't overweight! They realized their mistake but never refunded our $240.00.

We paid for seats but never got them. They said they'd refund us but never did. Do not fly Fiji Air! This company is filled with liars!

There is no customer service.

Do not trust them! The check-in agents were the rudest people we have ever encountered.

We paid for seats but never got them. When we checked in, not only was the staff rude, they outright lied to us.

They charged us for overweight bags, but our bags were not overweight!

That charge was $240.00! The staff at the airport were the worst we've ever had to deal with.

Hi,

My name is Giancarlo Pacilio.

On August 15th, I have a flight from Nadi to HKG and HKG to Malpensa (booking reference TIP285).

I've reserved and paid 86.55 for seats (64A/65B) on the flight from HKG to Malpensa through the Cathay Pacific website by PayPal.

Through the Fiji Airways website, I would like to reserve seats on the route from HKG to Malpensa.

The application allows me to book seats on this route for 38 FJD and notifies me of the booking already made on the second route indicating that it is free-of-charge.

At the time of payment, I thought I would only pay 38 FJD, but instead, the application asks me to pay 86.55 + 38 FJD = 124.55!!!

--> Please see attached!!!

Having already paid for the seats on the second leg, how can I pay for the seats on the first leg only?

Your answer is important for me to have 2 seats side by side for my wife and me.

Where is my flight compensation?
