I have bought the indoor grill and it stopped working, they replaced it and it stopped working in the middle of my COOKING... I'M HUTT!

I ordered a box of 24 customized Petit fours. I should have said "Merry Christmas Love Papa. I didn't open the box upon delivery. When I gave the gift to my grandchildren, they opened the box. Purchased gifts for holidays on December 10. That is correct, December 10...shipping to arrive to customers on December 20. Went to website on Dec 20 to confirm delivery. No order to be found - although I have hard copies of complete transaction. The told me that their new system had somehow "lost" the order. Bought Licorice Lovers Mix through PCH. Assumed because of the Figis name the product would be of high quality. Not so. The sealed package was opened and the product was as stale as I've ever tasted. As a Licorice Lover, (fresh), I was disappointed. I've had better Licorice from Walmart and Target. I don't know what happened to Figi's this holiday season, as I had bought gifts from them for at least three years. However, I'll never purchase anything from them again. I literally waited on the phone to speak with someone more than 30 minutes multiple times, only to be told I needed to be transferred and would have to go back into the ***. Was very dissapointed this year with this company. Order candy and it was so bad. We also place an order for orderments for my grandkids, it was buy one get one free,well the one we paid for came but not the free one. So did not give to them, it would not be fair. The cheese trays were so small, what a joke. Will not buy from this very poor company again.

Figis had the worst customer service ever period. I order a shoe rack which was missing a part i called customer service and tild them my problem. First, they never send the part. Second, I ask them to send me a return label, which they never did. Its 8-months later and i still have an 80 lb bot sitting in my house. Thirdly, i called over 45 in 8-months and continue to here lies. Fourth, let's not talk about how you have to wait 60 plus minutes... Read more

We ordered an item from figi's and payed for premium shipping to insure receipt by Christmas. When we found out the shipment wasn't made, we contacted figi to find out why. We talked with a hate filled supervisor who informed us the items were backordered and wouldn't be received by them until Dec 29th. We never received a notification the items were unavailable. But these hacks never let us know the items wouldn't be shipped. Then this hateful... Read more
