Back orders

Everytime I order from there my item is on back order... And I never get it when I needed it. I ordered things for Christmas and now I'm not going to get them in time

Range problem

My 2017 range is in Sabbath mode and can not be changed. I can no longer use my oven. I contacted Frigidaire support and their final comment was "your model does not have sabbath mode." It's been in this mode for at least a month. I returned from summer in NH, a friend was checking on my house and heard an alarm. It was the range. In Sabbath mode. I've only used this oven for 2 years.

Bought a fan fan broke after one month. Just throw it out I don't have the box anymore and I will not pay
