Internet failure
I have the ACP benefit I received because I'm a student. It's supposed to be unlimited data.
Everything evening at about 7pm my hotspot has no internet access and I try to call 611 from the device. NO ANSWER AFTER 7PM EVER! Every single day I have to call and have them reset my device and I'm not able to get back online until I do! This has really put me in a bad situation with my online classes.
I've even missed zoom appointments with my school councilor because of the continuing PROBLEM!
It's like they set it up to kick my hotspot off on purpose! Thia is hurting my reputation with my teachers and council when I don't show up to my scheduled times by missing 3 of my zoom meetings!

I signed up for the ACP program thru Getinternet.gov and selected Figgers Communications as my ISP. That is where all my fun and my soul purpose in my life started.
These guys suck *** with a bag of d*cks on the side. From day one, the service that I contracted with them has been lacking greatly. I have to call support two or three times daily to get them to "refresh my hotspot". The claim that support is available 24/7.
This is not the case. After 5:00pm or on the weekends nobody picks up. In that case you have a boat anchor not a hotspot as it will not work until they do their "magic". After 30 or so days I requested to talk to a supervisor about the lack of service.
He stated that my hotspot thru ACP is capped at 10gb per month. I pointed out in the ACP terms and conditions on their website states nothing about data caps. He might be confused about what the ACP is compared to cell phone lifeline program. It does state in the T&C for phone service that they will throttle data speed to 64KB.
This does not apply to the ACP program. ACP provides uncapped and no throttling for the consumer. Soooo... yes that we're we are at now.
I submitted a complaint about Figgers to the FCC thru the dedicated page for ACP complaints.
Figgers is attempting to scam me and the FCC. I do look forward to Figgers response as they are required to file a response within 30 days per the FCC.
I will update this review as this piece of crap ISP tries to snake their way from the FCC and me.L

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. They finally refunded the $100 I pre-paid in 2 deposits..
I prepaid $100 for international calls I planned to make. I was unable to make those calls.
The company has verified that I never made those calls.
They even attempted to refund the money to me on July 14, 2020 but canceled the refund. I have complained to the Better Business Bureau.
