Resolved: Has not refunded $100

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. They finally refunded the $100 I pre-paid in 2 deposits..

I prepaid $100 for international calls I planned to make. I was unable to make those calls. The company has verified that I never made those calls. They even attempted to refund the money to me on July 14, 2020 but canceled the refund. I have complained to the Better Business Bureau.

User's recommendation: Avoid doing business with this company until they clean up their customer service.
