Daughter got chemical burn from perm that didn't take

My daughter got a perm on Saturday July 10th at salon in south point, Ohio. Cost $96 and it did not take one bit. She got a terrible chemical burn on the back of her neck. They said they could not return my money would have to reperm her hair after burn heals. I said absolutely not acceptable. What do I need to do to get a refund. I have my receipt.

I went to one certain Lady who done my fades just right and tipped her everytime but her boyfriend told her he didnt want her to cut any guys hair (hes on *** so the manager called me and tild me to find a different hair salon and i think its vwry wrong i didnt have to travel far for a haircut never said anything put of the way and they refuse to cut my hair the ladies name is Carrie Powell she should find a new job if she cant cut mens hair because her boyfriend is on *** and dont trust her !!!!!!

We just tried to go in there and the sign says open. The door is locked and no one is in there. We called in there and heard the phone ringing. Terrible.

Circleville Ohio on July 3rd. Around 2:30 p.m. I went tanning. The two ladies that were there was very rude. I ask them to cute my grandson hair they said it would be at less 35minutes I said ok. Then when I got through tanning the lady in the purple hair was done cutting the other ladies hair. I ask her could she cute my grandson hair she just ignore me and gave me a mean look. The blonde lady just gave me a mean look. They both was whispering things about me and look at me. The blonde was putting a perm in a woman hair. But she was really rude to my grandson and granddaughter .The lady in the purple hair was very disrespectful to the both of my grandkids and me. So if you could please call me at 740-400-**** Ask for Barbara. Thank you

Went in to get hair colored and cut. Paid $111.00 and came out with a color I hate Stylist never once ask me if I liked it. Could not answer any of my questions nor give suggestions. When I complained she could not tell me who to complain to or who to contact. I will never go back and will let as many people know as I can.

Lora the manager at Warsaw, IN store cut my hair. She did an excellent job. This store has been open for 34 years. She has managed it for 32 years. The salon was spotless. Everyone was very professional. If you want a good cut see Lora. Keep Up the GREAT job you all are doing. It was 7:30 when I got there. They close at 8. They didn't turn me away. I got right in. No problems. I have had Sherry cut my hair also. She did a great job too!! Just have to give them a chance. If they are cutting your hair for the first time they don't know what it looks like . Give them a break!

Went to have a low light, highlight done to my hair. Stylist says she had been doing hair for about 1yr & 1/2. She kept asking the other stylist what she should do. I paid 134.00 for this and not happy.Highlights barely show up. Would like my money returned.

I walked into Fiesta Salon in Marion, Ohio at 8:57 am on Friday, July 22, 2016. I'm sitting here with another lady. The manager, Tiffany, is doing hair as well as Amanda. It is now 9:47 am, and I have yet to be acknowledged. Where is the customer service? And the manager does know me!!

I have never been so apalled at the so called "manager". All she does is talk about her baby daddy! Also her boyfriend's ex wife as well and how crazy she is!! I believe her name is Kristie? Im not completly sure on that but she has 2 gradeschool girls. I guess I just expected more from a manager than that. I feel bad for whoever has to work with her!!
