Entering day four of Fiesta Nissan unable to perform basic maintenance as per the owners manual! Understand, I am not asking for anything special just the 15,000 mile warranty work as per the owners manual and they CANNOT PULL IT OFF!
ABSOLUTELY REDICULOUS! AVOID THESE PEOPLE LIKE THE PLAGUE!
Brought my Nissan Pro-4X in for routine maintenance. They have had the vehicle for nearly three days and still have not been able to perform even routine maintenance because they do not stock parts. Service department did not even recognize the maintenance that was required even after showing them the maintenance required in the owners manual.
