i ordered 50 dollars worth groceries through uber eats and I didn't get nothing. the store number is # 213 and they're phone number is 972 218 **** but their number doesn't work for the uber eats app nor can I speak with anyone from that number. I need either my money back or the groceries

- - Fell in entry 10:15–10:30; left arm stiff, hip pain.
- - Wet floor; witnesses saw it; manager/cashier didn’t check if I was ok; accident report requested.
They never reached out.
It was between 10:15am and 10:30am I fell walking into the main entry. I fell hard that my arm was stiffing up on my left side.
My hip was paining.The floor was soak and wet. There was black African-American woman behind me, and a Caucasian guy In front of me they both seen me fall. I told the manager he never asked if I was ok. So I proceed.
to get the item and purchase. I then asked the cashier if she can call the manager to the front I asked him if can fill out an accident report again he never asked if I was ok.
He asked did I hurt myself I said yes then he went to get the report it took him a lil while to come back. So I told the cashier that i had to go due to appointment I had to get to.

This was my go-to store for good quality food especially fish. Everything I bought from this store yesterday was stale or spoiled.
This store has gone down a lot and was very surprised it appearance inside. They need to close this store down and get their *** together.
We do not have money to buy food that we have to throw away. Do not go to this store
