I've placed a couple of big orders with FFD. Had bad experiences and will never buy again. The first order was supposed to be sent in two shipments. It was two large serving bowls and a mug. The first package, which contained one bowl and a mug, arrived fairly quickly. It was poorly packaged and the serving bowl was broken. I contacted FFD and they were supposed to be sending a replacement.
The second shipment (another serving bowl in a different color) never arrived and they canceled it due to lack of stock. After waiting for almost two weeks for the replacement serving bowl, I finally received a notification that they were out of stock of that too, so they canceled it. I was still charged a handling fee of almost $5 for the mug. I never would have bought just a single mug if I knew I'd be paying $5 extra just for it.
I stupidly placed another order with them a few months later and the exact same thing happened! Lesson learned - never again. Terrible customer service and bad business practice.
