Recall

My vehicle broke down and had to be towed to the dealership. We found out that it has a recall on the part that broke.

I was first told because the dealership does not have the recall part I would have to pay for it. After going back and forth speaking with different people at the dealership I was told the dealership would honor the recall and fix it at no cost. I then asked for a rental due to the fact I need to get to work and home since there is no ETA on the arrival of the part. I was denied a rental and told to call 1-800-Chrysler and they would help me.

I called the Chrysler company for them to only call the dealership to ask them about the rental. This is ridiculous and very poor customer service to tell a customer your car is broke, no ETA, and we will not get you a rental.

I will never again take my car to this dealership nor will I ever recommend. I am very disappointed in the service Chrysler has provided or should I say not provided.

Fields Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram - Customer Care Review

This dealership service dept insults women. They tell you your cost will be a certain amount and when you get there they charged you more!

If you ask for manager then they also are no help and make up excuses. They complain they are not making money on you. Service manager and service employees are so rude in here!! Service manager even worse.

Told me to take my car elsewhere. Even after they charge you the $695.00 fee when you but a car there! When you ask their name, they make up names. And they think it's funny.

Guy refused to give me his name when I told him I'm calling Chrysler Headquarters. I Took my car into service before the 40k warranty expired and service dept said they found nothing wrong. My vehicle had 39k miles. At 41k they said I needed all kinds of repairs.

Windshield wiper motor, radiator fans, radiator blades, new tires. Tried to charge me thousands of dollars.

They are unreal and rude. Will never buy another car from Fields Chrysler in Danford, FL

FIELDS DODGE WARNING

something interesting happened to my this morning. My last oil change before I bought my new RAM service guy at Feilds dodge talks me into buy package pre paid oil change for around $250 for next 4 synthetic oil changes. Assured me its for 4 oil changes regardless. I trade my RAM for new one and go to get my 2nd of 4 oil changes. "Sorry it only applied to the other truck" I tell the manager and he tells me the service guy that sold me that got fired because of doing that to many customers I'm sorry" I tell him I can't believe he's not gonna fix this and his reply was. "You paid Chrysler not fields we don't even make any money on that." And let a loyal customer just walk out the door and will never go back.

Amazing

So I paid over $200 for one oil change and all I got was "sorry but that's Chrysler. We don't even make any money on that" unbelievable! Specially after telling me "that service guy did that to a lot of customers that's why we fired him" and let a loyal customer walk right out the door

Fields Chrysler Jeep and Dodge Northfield, IL: The most unprofessional dealership

This is the most unprofessional place I have ever dealt with in my life. This past weekend my 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee was flooded.

I called to make an appointment on Monday July 25th to repair the damage and the dealership (Fields Jeep Northfield, IL) said that they were very backed up and could not see me until Thursday July 28th. When I brought my car in at my scheduled appointment time I was told by Jamie (the service rep. who checked in my car) that my car \"might not even be looked at today\" I was confused because I had made an appointment and told her that I just wanted to get an estimate of the damage. I called to check the status of my car 4 and a half hours later and the service rep.

told me that my car was JUST starting to be looked at by the technician. I told the service rep that I needed my car and she became very agitated with me and was extremely rude and offered me no alternatives or solutions to the problem. Just a month ago, I had brought my car in for services and experienced the same type of attitude from the service staff and frankly, I am nervous and scared every time I have to talk to anyone from this dealership. The general manager Jim actually told me to take my car somewhere else...what type of place does that???

He also asked me if I \"even\" had insurance as though I didn\'t (and had less than A MONTH ago had a ton of work done at Fields Jeep and have never had a payment problem with the dealership) The General manager and the service manager Kenny were two of the most impolite and unprofessional \"managers\" ;ve ever met... Now I have wasted an entire week waiting to take my car to 1.) not even get looked at and 2.) be treated like absolute garbage...

At 3:00PM today the service manager called me to say that my car still needed to be looked at and he had no estimate for me.

He was extremely rude and wanted nothing more than to get off of the phone with me.

I called the General Manager and left a message, he called me back and was extremely impolite and told me to "just come get my car and be done with it." I am not sure what I did to be denied service, I recently spent a lot of money there and cannot understand why I was treated SO poorly.
