Buyers Beware-Whirlpool Warranty
Please report them to BBB(Better Business Bureau)! This company should either get proper techs or not be in business with this many people complaining!
Horrible company, inexperienced techs! Have been out 3 times now and still no working washer. First appt tech was called for leaking washer from bottom. Tech came and stated it was the computer and he didn't have the part.
2nd appt made 3 weeks later tech installed computer part and said everything was good to go. Went to do a load and now another error code appeared! I have been put back into schedule rotation AGAIN for next week. Horrible customer service and even worst techs who do not check there work.
If you can avoid dealing with them, do at all cost! Terrible company and can't believe with all the bad service they are still in business.
Came back out today for 3rd appt, 3/30/23, now hose has hole in it, which is what the 1st initial service appt was and guess what?! HE DOESNT HAVE A HOSE TO REPLACE.
This company is the WORST!!! 4th appt started...back in queue grrr

company sent the same representative to my house twice and did absolutely nothing to find out what the issue was with my dryer and then the 3rd time they wanted to charge me The same problems that was never fixed because they representative doesn't do anything when they come to your home they just talk to you about what YOU think the issue is instead of them actually testing the device to see what the Problem really is and when you call to complain to the member of management if that's what you can call him he will make it very clear to you that you're complaints even though they're all the same as all the other customer complains that they don't matter because they do 70,000 jobs a year and a couple hundred complaints of the same complaints doesn't matter to this company

Preferred solution: 1st I would like an apology for being called a liar 2nd I would like for them to come and fix my dryer instead of trying to charge me to fix it when the 1st 2 times they came to my home they didn't do anything

After 35 days my washer finally was fixed. I have to confirm that the technicians did a great job, however, I am not satisfied at all with the long time that took from them to have the washer fixed.
35 days without being able to do laundry was a very long time. Luckily I have lots of clothes so it did not affect me in that area, however, It took me two days to do finish doing laundry since morning until night.
Unfortunately, apparently Whirlpool has given this company the sole representation for the appliance repair, and it looks like they cannot handle the volume. I will never ever purchase Whirlpool appliances again.
