still no help or call back from the company the just keep charging my account
Original review posted by user Nov 10, 20213 times in the month of October my bank account was charged 3 different times in the amounts of 69.99, 6.99, and 40.98, I did not authorize these charges and want my money return to my account and in trying to reach out to this company for the last 3 hours when I finally got a phone number and got a live person they were no help whatsoever. lost75girl@***.com
User's recommendation: if you need to talk to a real person good luck finding a number or help.
- Customer service is tarable and no no help at all
