Still trying to get correct number to return part.
The shipping number from email and on package says it cannot be found. I need to return as my engine on my truck lost compression an d have sold truck .
Do not need anymore. Please let know how to return.
Unschedule deduction on my bank account
They have no customer service the phone number they have their mail

I cancle my service after two or three year because I forgot about it
I canceled the service after I forgot about it. They charged my PayPal account.
Then within a couple of day I saw it and I told them I wanted to cancle my service and I want my money back.
They told me they would cancle my service but they wouldn't give me my money back. That a scam.

Hello & I was a FIXD premium subscriber for @ least one (1) year
I thought your service was lacking & I cancelled. I was having a transmission problem today so I check out the app to see if it would give me some info (it didnt) & then I see I get charged $38 for WHAT ?
I did not agree to anything! Please refund my $$$ immediately & stay safe

My account was charged 3 different with out my permission
still no help or call back from the company the just keep charging my account
3 times in the month of October my bank account was charged 3 different times in the amounts of 69.99, 6.99, and 40.98, I did not authorize these charges and want my money return to my account and in trying to reach out to this company for the last 3 hours when I finally got a phone number and got a live person they were no help whatsoever.

I don't usually complain about stuff, but this is ridiculous. I just want to SPEAK to a HUMAN.
I guess that it wasy mistake to even order the FIDx.
You sure are getting paid ALOT of money by not having a phone contact for customers If you want to speak to me please call 517-285-****. Thank you for your attention to this.
