Product has been great until recent snowstorm. Our service has now been out for 2 days and they are now telling us it could be out for 72 hours and if so, call them back and they will try to expedite

Support when service goes down. Their response has been very poor with three phone calls to them over the last two days and being told service could be resume in 24 to 48 hours. Yesterday we called again for an update and were told if we our service was still out after 72 hours to contact them and they would see if service call for repair could be expedited. My wife works from home and over the prior 20 years with Comcast we've never lost internet and home phone service for more than 24 hours.

User's recommendation: The service is excellent with very high speed internet but support at this point is questionable.
