Protect dishonest vendors at customers' expense
I had a subscription with Seeking Alpha charged on my Fidelity cc. I could not cancel the subscription on the website.
I left 2 phone messages; no one returned the calls.
I filed a complaint with BBB. Seeking Alpha ignored my complaint; did not respond.
I disputed the charge with Fidelity/ They refused to charge the supplier back
