I had a total laryngotomy(I cant talk). With Fidelity there is no other way to communicate with them except by phone.

So when they dropped their internet, I was left in the cold as to how to switch from Fidelity to Gmail. They discriminate against the speechless.

Pleased With Customer Service

I had a great experience with Andy in California. I reached him via the Fidelity Communications site suggestion to call the HELP DESK.

He was very knowledgeable, polite, kind, and patient.

He resolved my problem. I am not a tech person and very much appreciate his help.

I contacted the Help Desk because I needed to change my email/webmail password. It was being used to send SPAM email. Several days ago, today's date is 2/4/24.

I received a Spam email FROM me

To me.

Earlier, numerous tines, I received the same message using different email senders addresses not mine. Upon receiving the email /webmail supposedly FROM me TO me, I realized it was time to change passwords.
