Auto loan

just paid 59 payments on an auto loan. all payments were made two weeks before due date. payment coupon #60 did not have an amount due nor a due date as had the first 59 payment coupons. i assumed that i must had given the toyota dealership the first payment whebn i purchased the automobile. i received a phone call advising that my account was past due. i called fidelity bank (also known as lion bank) and asked for an explanation. i spoke with an individual who had very little customer service skills and was quite impatient and unable to explain why i owed and additional payment. her final response was that if payment was not received within 16 days that i would be placed for collection and that my future credit would be affected. i was unable to find my 5 year old contract (bill of sale) so i decided that i better just pay them rather than affect my very high credit score. the amount that i was advised that i owed was slightly less than each payment. i call called that individual back to advise her that i was paying electronically through my wells fargo bank and that they would have the payment in 2 days. i went on line and made the payment. unfortunately i made the payment before opening the previous day's mail. when i opened my mail there was a past due notice from fidelity bank. the document was dated feb.7 and i received it feb.10. the document idicated the payment due date of jan. 28 and the amount due was actually $21 less than the amount i was told was due and that i paid. i called back minutes after making the payment and opening the mail. fortunately i spoke with another individual who was very polite and patient however she was unable to explain: 1. why the amount was less than the amount that i was told was due. 2. why they would send a letter on feb.7 advising that payment was due jan.28 it is very frustrating when you are at the mercy (threatening to tarnish my credit) and fidelity bank was unable to give me a logical explanation.

Fidelity bank in georgia is a fraud

I have been asking since long that I needed a certified title and a letter of authorization to register my vehicle in New york state. The guy told me that he would send me and I would receive in 2-3 days. I never received them. I again contacted them and the guy who was on line told me that I need to send them a written request. What a disgusting way to fool the customer? I have been requesting for those documents since long and they have forwarded my call to several departments and several people and nobody told me that I was required to send a written request. Now, it's too urgent and I thought I would expect those long time ago. Now, they trying to make me fool this way. What a great service to the customers? Is it the way you have been behaving to your customers since your establishment? Didn't your employees get any training when they joined the work?

I agree with you they have fraud my mother who is elderly... I have talked to 10 different people they do not know how to solve their own mistakes and ask you what they should do.

They treat elderly like *** and don't care they don't know who their own managers are they are very rude. We are now taking them to court
