Verified Reviewer |Resolved: Refund- Still waiting
I joined FPA academy on June 7th, I have since learned that it will cost much more than my initial investment of $1,995.00. I have decided at this time, it is just not affordable for me at this time.
The finance options are too steep for me. It will cost an additional 5- 9,000 dollars more. I have not even started.
I have requested a refund to no avail. I will have to dispute this charge through my credit card company if there is no response by Monday June 16th.

Full Refund was denied
I watched your workshop and joined. It cost 1,995 dollars, but I was guaranteed a full refund if I felt the program was not for me.
A week into the program, I realized I could not do all the work required to make any real money. So, I requested my money back and was offered 995.00 or nothing. I felt I didn't have a choice, so I took the 995.00. I feel as if I was scammed out of my money, and I will not rest until you refund me all of my money.
I can and will cause more problems than you can imagine. First, I will get in touch with Amazon's CEO to see how he feels about your treatment of senior citizens.
That is not good for business.
I will also notify the Department of Ageing and the Better Business Office. Do you need all that negativity?
User's recommendation: This was a costly mistake on my part. But it doesn't have to be the same for you. Please do not give your money to anyone unless you are sure.

Why are you behaving deceptively old man? Why are you making up your own terms of service for a refund?
Nowhere do they state “oh if you decide it’s not for you, full refund”. Their refund requires you to complete their program AND publish a 30,000 minimum word ebook on Amazon within the first 6 months. THEN you can determine it wasn’t for you and apply for a refund. Last time I checked 6 months is longer than a week and you haven’t published anything.
You are way past your expiration date and your whining and threat of contacting the Department of Aging is reprehensible. That is for true issues facing seniors. Not your made-up situation. Someone needs to confiscate your computer and turn off your internet.
Just wait till bad Karma comes calling at ten times the amount of what you are arguing about. Then you can think back to the time you PURPOSELY misstated their refund policy in an attempt to scam.
I wonder how long it will be before they stop laughing at you. Pathetic
