I have been a loyal customer to the Dodge group for eighteen years, but recently I had my 3500 Ram repaired for transmission issues at the local dealership. Five days after the repairs was completed I experienced the same thing, but the only issue now is my truck is no longer under warranty.. I really feel that FSA fail me as a customer, because the original work was under warranty, the five days later I had the same problem, now Im no longer covered by FSA warranty. My truck was not repaired properly now I will be out of pocket roughly 3500.00 for repairs that should have been repaired Initially ilatercalled

User's recommendation: Because of warranty related repairs.

We own a FIAT 500, 2016. The radio went out just two months after the warranty expired. We discovered from all the phone calls with FIAT, that the radio problem is a known issue. Parts chain took three long months to get the radio in, and we had to pay a horrible price of $1,190.00 to get the car back home and working. The radio is a central component of the electrical system, we were informed. I contacted everything from corporate level, the FCA complaints division, and the local dealership. No one had the guts to take responsibility for a faulty product and horrible service. p

User's recommendation: do not buy FIAT cars.

I lease a Truck a 2018 Ram 1500.I was having some electrical issues a few months back I took it to the Dealership and was told I drove thru some dead zones and that nothing was wrong. Months later Truck catches Fire in my Drive way while parked and not running. First estimate was $7000 then 3 weeks later the estimate was $14000 then last I heard another supplement was asked for. Truck has been at Dealership since 1-8-2020 or about that date getting fixed they keep finding things to replace and I have been making Payments for 3 months with no Truck.I really don't feel safe taking this truck back or parking it in my garage or driving My family around in it. It is a lease with about a year left on it. Dealership or RAM will not work with Me to get another Truck without huge loss to Me. Insurance and Dealership have had several issues with parts and communication all while I continue to pay (3 months so far) and was told on 3-17 I probably will not get it back until 4-16, I've tried to get help and have just been ignored I'm so tired and frustrated.

User's recommendation: Stay away from Fiat Chrysler.

The Award recognizes employers that have embraced a culture of health and wellness and are working collaboratively to improve the health and quality of life of employees and their families.Gold Medals aside … May I here inquire about how “FCA US LLC” thinks about the “health and quality of life” of innocent bystanders on our roads and sidewalks?TV ads for one of FCA’s product lines, the Alfa Romeo brand, now fully mimic the TV ads for their Dodge line of cars which garishly show that product being driven (really street raced) in totally illegal and egregious fashion clearly risking life and limb of both the vehicle’s crazed driver as well as other drivers and unwitting pedestrians.No tiny, low-viz, chyron crawl whispering about closed courses and suggesting that only professionals should attempt the sort of wildly illegal driving now seen in Alfa Romeo TV ads is adequate to overpower the sort of images that are projected.The “action” is seen as defining the car as a high performance machine. The venue is (once again) city streets and the optics are clear: breaking the law is really, really fun in an FCA product whether imported of domestic.Selling cars by showing them operating on city streets in an unsafe manner seem to be the way that FCA wants operate. I think that it’s a churlish and irresponsible way to do business. Their products are good, but I don’t think that showing people doing bad (illegal) things with their cars is far more that irresponsible, it downright condones and glorifies the act. Tried to contact thru email, but their Website will not let my email go thru.I am very disappointed that Jeep would be so greedy and uncaring of the environment. The nylon bushings in the seat slider of 2005 LJ are designed to wear out, but the Jeep dealerships will not sell the 0.12 cent replacement bushings only the $500 plus seat base. By doing this, the only way to fix the seat base is to purchase a new one and dispose of the other one in a landfill. This is not a practice I and many other Jeep owners expect from a company that claims to respect the environment.If anyone knows how to persuade Jeep to do the right thing please let me know.

FAC should recall and replace all pentastar engines. Poorly engineered engine that will fail. FAC continues to build and sell these knowing they are scamming the consumer. My 2012 has had 3 left heads and a right head replaced. Camshafts and rockers as well. Excessive repair cost. Still isn't right and will have to go back to shop. Issues still exist in newer models. My friend has a 2015 in the shop with a right head problem currently. Should be a class action lawsuit and FAC should replace all of these engines. Garbage. FAC sent a canned letter when i complained. My repair issues are due to a poor engine design and FAC should credit my repairs. It is their fault these components failed. FAC has went to pot.
