Base won't connect suddenly

Fi app wont let me get past the connecting base site. It has been working and now wont. I have turned my phone off and on and reset the base and the wi fi is on and tried to do chat but couldnt understand instructions.

User's recommendation: Do not purchase this system.

Trouble shoot

Absolutely awful that a company would offer a product without any customer service. Frin day one I have had issues and would like to return the product. Device not keeping track of walks plus more issues. I do not recommend this product to anyone.
