Started going there in 2012 DR DO NOT LISTEN OR READ REAL RECORDS WHEN THE SENT AND GOT FALIFIED ONE
- - Monroe Clinic records were altered; the doctor refused to read my documents.
- - Neuropathy, heart disease and diabetes were ignored; feet not checked.
I started to FHN Clinic in 2012 i didn't then the records they sent for from Monroe Clinic had altered every word all y Dr and specialist I always kept own original; medical records from everywhere so when i had 1st DR i was seeing I took them to him, he wrote on my record he refused to read anything i brought. All and he ignored neuropathy Heart disease and Diabetes refused to ck my feet dried up nerves in middle of both dried up all muscles and no circulation. Another one always said going to make app for behavior heath one refused to write letter for cat to keep pet for elders who can't get around I need a cat for companionship and the letter to the manager so we don't have to pay deposit UNDER THE ADA LAW and have neglected to do anything for all my conditions and disease from A -Z in MAYOS BOOK ON A-Z I started with age 5 with a lot of family History and have NEGLECTED PROPER CARE ACCOLRDING TO THE RULES AND REGULALIONS THYE HAVE TO FOLLOW BY LAW
