Shady/unproffessional/rude Driving School
I signed my child up for this driving school because I work two jobs and the location and time of the classes fit my schedule better than any of the others. I went online to be sure they were approved by MA DMV. The most ridiculous unprofessional fiasco: 1. Classes were cancelled last minute (literally 15 minutes before class). 2. Two week course took a MONTH to complete because she kept cancelling classes and changing the times. 3. Calls to schedule driving time weren't returned. (it took FIVE months and that didn't even complete the driving time) I had to call again and again to schedule, not receiving calls back. The owner excuses: she didn't have her scheduling book on her, she was sick for a week, her work (second job?) had called a mandatory meeting.... the list of excuses go on and on from the owner, Fern Carvalho. I have never met someone so rude, undisciplined, disrespectful and uneducated. Customer service? She's loud, obnoxious and yelled over the phone. I am extremely mild-mannered but to receive this type of treatment from someone I'm PAYING to teach my child to drive safely and must complete the course to receive this driving certificate... it was too much drama, disorganization and I had no faith in her services. I wouldn't trust any child learning anything from her except a bad attitude. Although it cost me money, I took my child to another driving school. I later found out that the owner and I believe sole teacher/driver of FH Pro has a bad reputation within the drivers ed community and the RMV. There are also complaints filed at the Atty General's Office. I only wish I'd had a heads-up that her operation was so shady and that is why I'm passing my story on to others to beware.
