NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, BOB IN PLUMBING IGNORANT ORANGUTAN WHO TALKS DOWN TO CUSTOMERS ESPECIALLY EDLERLY

HE SCREWED UP MY PLUMBING BEING COMPLETED IN A TIMELY MANNER. HE IS IGNORANT, NO CUSTOMER FRIENDLY, CALLS YOU NAMES AND TELLS HE'S TO BUSY TO TALK TO YOU. I DON'T KNOW WHY HE DOESN'T DO ANYTHING BUT SIT BACK AND RELAX ALL DAY. HE HAS HIS MINIONS DOING HIS JOB. HE DOESN'T HAVE AN EDUCATIONS SO HE HAS NO IDEA WHAT YOU ARE TALKING ABOUT. HE OVER TALKS TO YOU AND TELLS YOU TO SHUT UP SO HE CAN TALK AND THEN HANGS UP. WOULD YOU WANT TO DO BUSINESS WITH A COMPANY LIKE THIS. THEN HE CALLS ME BACK IMPERSONATING ANOTHER EMPLOYEE I ASKED TO BE TOO AND LAUGHED ABOUT IT. "DID I HURT YOUR FEELINGS THE LAST TIME". WAS HIS ANSWER. YOU HAVE TO HANG UP ON CHILDISH, IMMATURE, IDIOTS WITH NO BALLS LIKE THIS BOB. NEVER FH FURR. THE ARE EXPENSIVE AND MAKE A BIG MESS. AND THEN MAKE A BIGGER MESS BY CUTTING ELECTRICAL WIRES, SHORTING OUT THE KITCHEN AND BROKE OFF MY MASTER BATH SHOWER GUTS.

WORST EVER PLUMBER TO DEAL WITH!! THEY LIE AND ARE ABUSIVE TO CUSTOMERS

CALLED TO TELL BOB CHECK HAD CLEARED TO START JOB, HE GAVE ME A LOT OF BULL ABOUT STARTING THIS JOB. SAID IT WOULD TAKE TWO DAYS IT HAS BEEN ALMOST TWO WEEKS NOW. MADE MANY MANY MANY MORE HOLES IN WALLS AND CEILING THAT WERE NOT NEEDED IF THEY MEASURED RIGHT. ALSO CUT THROUGH SOME ELECTRICAL LINES THAT SHORTED OUT THE WHOLE KITCHEN, THEN IN MASTER BATH THEY PULLED OUT THE PLUMBING AND BROKE IT AND NOW CAN'T FIND ANYTHING TO REPLACE IT. THE MANAGER BOB OF PLUMBING IS AN LOW LIFE IGNORANT, ABUSIVE, UNPROFESSIONAL, UNSKILLED AMATAEURISH, LIKES TO BEAT DOWN WOMAN AND BULLY THEM. HE'S NO BIG DEAL JUST A BOY IN A MANS BODY WITH NO BRAIN. DON'T DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE IF YOU WANT A JOB DOWN RIGHT AND IN TIME. WE HAD BEEN WITHOUT HOT WATER FOR TWO WEEKS AND THIS BOB TOOK HIS TIME GETTING US HELP. SENT A CONSULTANT TO OUR HOUSE A FEW DAYS BEFORE CHRISTMAS WHEN THE MAN WAS ALREADY IN NC VISITING FAMILY AND MADE HIM DRIVE 4 HOURS BACK TO VIRGINIA TO MAKE THE SALE. I THINK THAT WAS THE ONLY REASON WE GAVE THE JOB RO FURR BECAUSE OF THE CONSULTANT. IF I HAD TO SPEAK TO BOB MARSHUND CLOSE ENOUGH, I WOULD HAVE DEMANDED MY CHECK BACK BECAUSE HE IS NOT CUSTOMER FRIENDLY, HE DOESN'T MAKE IT EASY TO ASK HIM QUESTIONS, HE SIMPLY DOESN'T CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER CARE. HE TREATS ELDERLY PEOPLE LIKE THEY DON'T MATTER AND FIGURED I WOULD JUST SIT BACK AND WAIT FOR THIS INCONSIDERATE, MENTALLY WEAK *** OF AN ADULT MALE. DON'T KNOW HOW THIS COMPANY TOLERATED HIS ABUSIVE BULLYING TO IT'S CUSTOMERS. NO WONDER MR FURR SOLD THIS COMPANY. THE PLUMBING MANAGER IS A REAL LOW LIFE GERK, HE DIDN'T HURT MY FEELINGS AT ALL I JUST THINK IF YOU ARE TRYING TO KEEP YOUR BUSINESS UP IN THE 5* RANGE YOU WOULD TREAT PEOPLE WITH RESPECT. THIS MAN DIDN'T TREAT ME WITH RESPECT AND NEEDS TO BE REPRIMANDED. OR JUST FIRED. I WILL BE FILING A COMPLAINT WITH THE BBB FOR THE WORK ETHICS OF THIS COMPANY. LEAVING ME HANGING IN THE AIR AND NOT ANSWERING MY CALLS WHEN I AM TRYING TO FIND OUT WHEN I CAN GET THIS OVERRATED COMPANY. THEY ARE ON THE BOTTOM OF THE LIST REVIEWS IN MY MIND BECAUSE THEY SIMPLY DON'T CARE HOW THEY TALK TO THEIR CUSTOMERS.
