This delivery company refused to deliver our order
Sorry, this is FGO Logistics. Home Depot let me know that the rep gave me the wrong name!
This company makes deliveries for Home Depot. We went and purchased multiple appliances for a new home.
The total was thousands of dollars. The delivery was scheduled for Wednesday afternoon. We took time off of work and waited in the window watching for the truck. They didn't show up.
When we called them, they hung up on us repeatedly and told us they knew we were not actually home. Maybe they went to the wrong house? A guy named Brian refused to let us speak to anyone else and refused to help us. He said he had no supervisor.
They refused to redeliver the item again until it would fit in their schedule and told us we were liars. We had already waited for a week for the delivery and could not wait another week. The service was unacceptably rude. We had to cancel our Home Depot order because they refused to deliver it.
This delivery service is a sure way to lose business. We will never do business with Home Depot again due to them.
