No customer service phone number without credit card...ridiculous! No human on the other side of things!!

Complaint
Attempted to order tickets using a voucher purchased from Costco. Had to search for the voucher code.
Returned to the screen, entered voucher code then received an error to contact fevo support to regain access. Contacted support which is only available via email.
"Should receive a response within 1-2 business days" It is a holiday, this was a gift. Why no customer service number to speak with a human?
