Missing order and stolen credit card

They 'shipped' 2 orders to me; however, UPS only has a label, no merch. FEVO is not responding, and someone there stole my credit card info and tried to run it up. If someone from there doesn't contact me soon, I will call the police.

Did not receive an email for ticket redemption. The order number is unknown as the page refreshed before I could copy it, then the page froze before the refresh was completed.

Went to find the tickets last night around 5pm EST
and they are nowhere to be found. Messaged their site, by
filling out there form. Been over 15hrs, no response.
I live 3 hrs from Venue!!

- - Struggled to select two seats for Aug 25; couldn't delete the first seat, couldn't return to seat selection, and couldn't use the gift coupon.
I tried selecting two seats for a game on Aug 25th. It wouldn't allow me to select the second seat since it would leave one 'loner' seat left.
I tried selecting a different row, but it wouldn't allow me to delete the first seat selection.
Now I can't get back to the seat selection at all and can't use my gift coupon. What a scam!

I keep trying to buy Golden Knights Tickets and it states I purchased them, via Paypal, Venmo and nothing.
They suck with poor communication and should not be in business.

- - Tried to order with a Costco voucher; had to search for the code, an error directed me to fevo support via email only; 1-2 day response, holiday gift.
Attempted to order tickets using a voucher purchased from Costco. Had to search for the voucher code.
Returned to the screen, entered voucher code then received an error to contact fevo support to regain access. Contacted support which is only available via email.
"Should receive a response within 1-2 business days" It is a holiday, this was a gift. Why no customer service number to speak with a human?
