My Vouchers are not working
Paid for two tickets and had difficulty with dates and times. When contacting Fever I was given Vouchers and they are not allowing me to use the voucher on two tickets.
Also I try to contact Fever through the app, and they have removed my ability to text or call on the app. APnly email, and its taking weeks to respond

Verified ReviewerI bought Fever Patrol August 2, through PayPal. When I received the unit, it did not work. I have contacted through messenger and have discussed the issue over 8 times. Cannot get a refund details.
I have asked for a refund, their response was to sell me one at 30% off. I want to return it and get a $48.94 refund.
They will not tell me what I have to do to get a refund. 8 conversations with them.
Not resolved. Have turned this over to PayPal for resolution.

I purchased the thermometer while we both had Covid. It never registered above 97.5.
When I asked about returning it, they kept sending me emails saying my order was delayed. Then when I thought I finally got through to one person, they said they would reship for free. I don't want another one, this is the second brand of this type of thermometer that reads low all the time.
I bought this online and paid with my credit card so no receipt to send. I did copy my transaction but when I tried to load the page it said you don't support that.

Ticket, I never got e-mail They are so unprofessional, unattended, reckless. They know nothing about customers service.
There is no refund ticket, if you purchase the ticket, your lost , they do not return the money. Its the worst company ever to purchase tickets, reconsider it or think twice , before your purchase it .

Info bout tkts 4 van gogh exhibit in nyc
On 8/17/21 I purchased 1 adult admission tkt 4 The Immersive Van Gogh Experience exhibit, after receiving an email from Fever app, promoting this show, 4 $36 + $5 svc fee = $41. It was only after purchasing the tkt was I informed that I had 2 attend @4:30pm[a 1hr.
Time slot]the next day 8/18/21, wen I was lead to believe it was a virtual tkt, purchased on my fone, thru their app &;;;;;; was valid for the duration of the exhibit, which turned out not 2 b the case, & I was mislead, spending $41 4 nothing. exhibit the

Scammed
Tried to purchase product. Two attempts dropped from screen after inputting credit card info, with no order confirmed. Called Customer Service 3 times, they put me on hold 5 minutes then hang up.
E Mailed Customer Support 3 times for assistance with order they did not respond.
My order was for $128 they charged Credit Card $699.
DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY THEY ARE CHEATS.
