Have a box and can not activate
Extremely mad with Telstra flying to me and extremely angry with fetch cause I feel like I've been completely ripped off.

Not be dishonest! Tell truly how it is, no crap.
I don't trust Fetch at all. Fetch is so dishonest, so be aware, consumers. Fetch tells lots of lies, so be aware. I sent my mighty box back to Fetch as it had stopped working.
They told me they received it back, promises of a refund, 6 weeks ago. Peter

Do not buy this product, there is no way to contact them if an issue arises.
Worst company I have ever had the displeasure to buy their product from. Recommend no person buy their products and I will put this on Facebook.
Bogus phone numbers. Unable to contact any one for help.I bought the unit from Telstra and the wrote their hands off the unit if anything goes wrong and expects the customer to chase up Fetch. Very poor service on behalf of Telstra and Fetch.

Verified ReviewerUpdates cause box to fail.
Fetch TV sent an update to our set-top box and it has rendered our machine useless. Fetch technicians tried to help via emails and were quite helpful until they weren't.
Their last email basically told us the box was out of warranty and the update wasn't available until after our initial email! What! So they explained it's a hardware NOT update issue. We have witnesses that saw on screen Batemans Bay update 4.1.4 when I first contacted them via email on the 10/02/25.
It's disgraceful!
To have the ability to send updates to Fetch box customers that mess up their perfectly working machine and not take responsibility! I'm not the only one, we're really pissed!
Preferred solution: A replacement would be good.

I have contacted SBS who say to contact the internet provider who say to contact you at Fetch .Aparently Dodo no longer have an account with you however Stan and Netflix is still working through their box , I got onto technical support but apparently only people who use iinet can get the fetch box fixed ...what is going on there must be millions affected.SBS SAY Unfortunately, there is currently a subset of users who are encountering a login fault loop on the SBS On Demand app on Fetch TV devices. Our Fetch partners have confirmed upcoming release 4.1.3 will directly address this issue.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. factory rebooted the fetch box then applied an application code from Dodo ,then re signed into each and every app
WHAT SERVICE I CAN'T REACH ANYONE THEY REFER BACK TO dODO
SBS and BritBox are not working. SBS can't fix it, Dodo can't fix it, and the tech support is only provided for iiNet customers.

Fetch is hiding a contact number to cancel being with Fetch.
Fetch need to have a direct phone number to cancel. Seems like it is not anywhere on Google to find it anywhere but if you join with other companies and not Fetch themselves it's easy.

Problem with free to air channels not showing since moving house. Hence cannot record programs.
Fetch have offered solutions when I tell them they were to no avail I only received automated response.
Account has been changed, was prompt to have it solved.
Our account number or should I say the payment to Fetch has changed. We had to get a new card, because we had been scammed.
So we had to wait for a new card to arrive . So we now need to let you know the new number to have our payment to come out. So if you can please contact us on 040986**** we can give you the new details. We are not computer savvy so am unable to do it on our smart TV.
Its smarter than us. So need to try another way of sorting this out.

Because it is so hard to just contact fetch to change account for payment. nothing is easy
The account that payment used to come out of has been scammed
. So have had to cancel that account and reopen a new one. So have been trying to contact Fetch or Netflex to give the new account to, so we dont loose our service.
User's recommendation: Make sure you get all the contact details for future reference. Because its not so easy when you have an issue with payments.
