NOT LEGIT!!!
Maybe I will if the company can earn my trust. Or if I have no choice.
But at the moment, I hope I won’t use it again. I’m looking for alternatives.
I have probably sent a dozen emails today. Each time I'm fed some new smooth talk BS.
Now, no one even has the audacity to respond. My packages were supposed to be delivered yesterday between 6 PM and 9 PM. No delivery was done, and no explanation was given. After following up today, I was told that there were some delivery issues, that the packages are on the way back to the facility, then they will be dispatched.
That was around 10 AM.
Now, it's heading to 8 PM. Frustrated doesn't even come close to how I'm feeling right now.
Preferred solution: I want my packages delivered ASAP! Otherwise I’m filling for a complaint

Undelivered Package on expected date
I had a 70s themed birthday party for my sister I was suppose to attend on today. Amazon did their part and delivered my package to fetch on time and fetch changed my delivery date to the next day which now makes the items I ordered useless Im beyond pissed!!!
User's recommendation: Just get the items sent directly to as opposed to this 3rd party company if you need it in a rush.

I think it’s ridiculous that I cannot speak with a real person talking to an automatic system does not help me at all
Ive been looking for a package for two weeks now and all I keep getting sent to is a email or a text message thats not even working for me and it takes too long. I do not have time to do everything through email and text I would like to speak with a real person to fix my issue not an AI.
