I am so upset with this company, they ripped me off royalty , Now they sent me a letter saying my maintenance dues, was due, I brought this timeshare 2010, used it once.Can't get online to verify anything, thanks goodness I still have my contact. Now I can't get rid of it. The whole thing was a great big scam. The place I brought it from is closed, what the *** am I going to do with this junk.

Festiva Adventure Club membership Review

Completely upset about the fact that i tried to book a week at one of the resorts of Festiva in Florida with my points. Was told they had no units available that week. I go online to the resort as the general public and could get any unit i wanted paying cash! What a scam!

These group of people are crooks and do not respond as they say. You can never reach them by phone, especially the first 30 days of buying form them because you change your mind and want to cancel. After 30 days you might get a response but never a return call. They take your money, they are never available to help or answer questions but they sure do have their credit people call your phone once a day to try and collect the past due...

We purchased the Peppertree at Atlantic Beach NC. We were told our yearly maintenance fees would ensure us the resort would always stay looking as good as it does the day we purchased.
