Information please, I'm not pissed.
I'm not pissed I was just looking for information, I hear a lot of good thing about Ferris zero turn mowers.
That I did receive, thank you. May or may not be in the market for new more.
All depends on how the the repairs of my existing mower progresses & how much $

Defective mower
Agnew in Boardman said they would get a hold of there buyers and get back to me on replacing the deck on my Ferris walk behind. Also the spindles are also wore out.
Agnew stated that they replaced the spindles. When they returned the mower (after six weeks) the only thing they did was replace the blades.
Agnew and Ferris never got back to me yet. I will never deal with them again.
Was cutting lawn when blade broke in half at the bolt. Blade hit deck and and flew out snd almost cut off my foot.
Dealer stated that the distributor said it was a defective piece of equipment. Called Ferris customer service snd service stated they would get back with me because mower now has been tied up for five weeks at the dealer. Did not hear from Ferris or dealer as of today yet!!! Very upset, been using neighbors lawnmower in order to get my grass done.
I wish somebody would do something to get my lawnmower fixed!!! Please respond as soon as possible

Blade broke s as nd almost cut off foot.
Ferris are nothing but a bunch of liars, deceitful people.
Blade split in half, hit deck snd flew off almost cutting of foot. Been in shop over a month and no response.
