Since the first post that I made, I communicated with the folks at FVF, and I'm more than grateful for the services they provided. An honest mix-up caused delays, but they went out of their way to amend things. gw

HORRIFIC WASTE OF TIME DEALING WITH UNRELIABLE COMPANY

Well, I came here with the intent of deleting my comment. I've communicated with FVF, and it seems as if an honest mistake was made when attempts were made to send a package to me.
All is good, and I'll continue to do business with them. gw
