HORRIFIC WASTE OF TIME DEALING WITH UNRELIABLE COMPANY
- - Order placed Feb 14, 2023 was not sent to the requested P.O. box and was returned.
- - Repeated attempts failed to deliver to the P.O. box.
Ive had the WORST customer serviced experience of a lifetime, and I will NEVER, EVER, EVER do business with this shady company again.
I originally ordered this product in good faith on Feb. 14th, 2023.
For some odd reason, it wasnt sent to the post office address that I requested. The package was sent back to sender, so I contacted FVF to send the package to my P.O. box address.
For a SECOND TIME, FVF did not send the package to the correct P.O. box address, and the package was sent back to them.
By now, almost three weeks had passed since I originally tried to make my purchase. I contacted them again, and this time, they said theyd send the package free of charge to the correct address.
I just checked the tracking information, and you guessed it; THE PACKAGE HAS BEEN SENT BACK A THIRD TIME; IT WENT TO THE P.O. AND SUBSEQUENTLY WAS ATTEMPTED TO SHIP TO MY HOME ADDRESS!!!
How much shadier can these people be!!! I would have been so much better off finding a reliable vendor.
I cannot get the time back that I wanted to relax with friends and enjoy a good evening buzz.
Deal with these simps at you own risk.

P.S. In the future, when somebody asks you guys to send something to a P.O.
box address, TAKE THE INFORMATION ABOUT OTHER ADDRESSES OFF OF THE DAMN PACKAGE!!! It just boggles the imagination that even the stupidest of people could screw something up so bad, not once, not twice, but three times!!!

Well, I came here with the intent of deleting my comment. I've communicated with FVF, and it seems as if an honest mistake was made when attempts were made to send a package to me.
All is good, and I'll continue to do business with them. gw
