Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with settlement agreement. Received the promised refund, but it does not make up for the unauthorized repairs to my auto..

1/8/2015 I brought my car into Ferman Mazda for repairs, at which time I was told I needed additional repairs. I told them to only do the basic repairs, and made sure they knew which repairs I was authorizing.

When I went to pick up my car however, they did the additional repairs I did not authorize, and would not give me my car unless I paid in full. Today, 9/24/20, I get letter from Ferman that they had a refund check for me.

I called, got voice mail, so left a message, as to why they waited 5 years to give me a refund. This is not an ethical way to run a business!
