We have purchased 4 new vehicles and been servicing our vehicles at Ferman Chrysler in Lutz since 2008. We will never step foot inside this worthless, careless and dishonest place of business ever again.
Vehicle was brought in for service paid $360 for new battery. Service advisor said starter, alternator checked and all is good. 3 days later in the shop again after breaking down on the side of the road twice in one week. Asked for service manager to call me back.
Left service manager a voice mail. Never returned my request for call back. Sales department was dishonest about employee pricing for vehicles on their lot and gave me an embarrassing offer for my broken down trade in. Rotten, horrible, terrible sales and service after spending thousands and thousands of dollars here.
They will never get another penny from us. Dont waste your time or money at Ferman Chrysler in Lutz.
