Hot mess
would give 0 stars if I could. I ordered from this website and the purchase was immediately flagged as fraudulent by their own website.
The purchase was then automatically cancelled. I emailed them to lift the pre-authorised hold on my card so that I could have access to my money, and they claimed that it would go through in 3-5 business days. To date, the charge is still pre-authorised and I will have to wait the 30days until January 4th to have access to my money. Seeing the other reviews here and on other sites, I realise I really should have done more and better research before purchasing from them.
Sometimes it's much better to make an expensive purchase from a well known and reputable company. I would definitely not recommend them.
