THEY LIED
- Murano at $24,000; hail damage would be fixed; price later over $30,000.
- Identical unit available; 72-hour return policy not honored.
I went in to buy a car and saw a Murano on the sales floor that was marked
$24000. It had some hail damage on the chrome they said they would fix the damage. I asked if there was another one available the salesperson said yes
the same auto no difference I said ok this process took 5 hours. When
they wrote it up I asked if there was a difference the sales person said no
and you can get 0% financing I asked if it was less to pay cash he said no
this is the best price. but I later found out there was a 2500 cash back if cash
is paid. then they stuck on a 3 year extended warranty without asking or telling me. I went to financing and they told me to sign here so did. no one
went over the contract ends up they charged me the factory sticker price
which was over $30,000. I am 77 yrs old and so tired I didn't look that time but did the next day Their ad says 72 hour return the 72 hour was up on sunday and they were closed so I went on Monday they said time was up
I couldn't return the car
- Staff would not return my calls
Preferred solution: Full refund
