Very disappointed with the after sales service
Less than 3 years ago I purchased a beautiful Fendi bag for $946. The lining started to shred & caused small visible tears on the outside of the bag. As a 67 year old customer who owns 4 other Fendi bags, a Fendi wallet etc. I contacted customer care, explained my disappointment in the way this high end bag, used only occasionally, wore. It seemed apparent it was a manufacturing defect. Quality control indicated the material was no longer available so no repair could be made. This I understand. However , they also stated that their warranty covers bags for up to 2 years & therefore they could offer no alternative solutions such as a product exchange or partial refund. They claimed this was not a manufacter’s defect! My Hope was to purchase another Fendi bag but after this unreasonable stonewall mentality,offering no solutions , no partial compensation & awful post purchase customer service, I will never buy another Fendi product. Buyer beware.

I am writing this insane situation to appeal and this matter is so upsetting." I have visited the Harrod store in London, and found the coat : FF8555A5FZF14FM in Grey color, Katerina at the store said size 36 is in Paris and she confirmed to bring it over to London. My last day in London, Katerina said the coat is not yet arrived, and we both discussed and decided to Pay in full in advance without even trying the coat since I really really wanted and she assured to deliver to my address in Seoul. To do that, I had to cancel my dinner plan and rushed over to the Fendi store in Harrods in London as my flight was next day. I went without having dinner, sacrificing my all plan for the last day just to do this. I went paid in full and left. Then,, with impossible situation created... Katerina said the coat is not size 36 and recommended in PInk which the color I do not like, or size 38...after all that, with confirmation she said ON ITS WAY FROM PARIS FENDI STORE.. I am getting this …. Fendi should have the size 36 somewhere in the world... and please help me to locate them. I really want them in my fashion magazine in Korea... and I really love them. Please please . why would I need to be the victim when I am loyal to your brand, Destroyed my last evening in London, paid if full in advance, why would Fendi's human error, I need to suffer? Refund is not the solution as I really want the coat. Please help. Please write to me in email.

Fendi - Poor quality and customer service
I bought a pair of of sneaker in black fabric and studs Code: 8E6386SN2F06VN at South Coast Plaza California store a few months ago. After my wife wore it twice, a stud came off. We took it back to the store and request a repair. We were told it will take 4 - 10 weeks. We were shocked and felt very upset, We bought Fendi product because of its quality and it is a leader of fashion. It is not fashion any more after 10 weeks! To make the case worse, we went to the store last Sat (after 10 weeks), we were now told it will take up to 15 weeks, plus there is no guarantee that it will be repaired after 15 weeks. We request a refund or a new pair, but the store manager telling us this is not an option. We are so upset about the poor quality, not timely repair service, poor customer service, and no commitment from Fendi. To make the case worst, we receive no communications from Fendi during this 10 weeks time about the status of repair. We only found out when we went to the store and told another 5 more weeks. Our friends heard about this unacceptable service from Fendi are all having a second thoughts about Fendi products.
