The items I ordered did not fit, so I sent them back over a month ago and still have had no refund I have proof of tracked return but it is so hard to get in contact with femme luxe I do not advise ordering if you are not certain it will fit how you want it to and many other items I have ordered have never came as shown in their photos

I purchased 2 shirts. Not delivered.

Amount spent was $60-70 . I would like to choose summer clothes or my refund.

I made an order. They sent me a confirmation email and a tracking number a few days later.

The racking number is not working and the chat option is also broken on that site. When I try to find the actual Femme luxe page its giving me an error message.

I have emailed them and if I dont hear back I am going to file a formal complaint against this company. There is no way if a consumer pays for something that they should not know anything about the product!

Your site says free delivery with $60 or more purchase. This is misleading advertising.

I ordered on 12/26/2019 but did not receive package til late 12/31/2019. Nowhere on the order gave an estimated delivery date til after it was paid for, processed and shipped the following day which then gave an estimated delivery of 1/2/2020 even tho your site said overnight delivery. I couldn't cancel the order since it was already shipped. I would not have ordered if your site gave the correct estimated delivery of 1/2/2020 over the misleading advertisement of next day.

When I received the product not one of the 3 dresses measured accordingly to your sites size chart. They were ordered based on the measurements from on your sites size chart on your site. According to your size chart they all should have easily fit me with room for to be taken in. One dress I couldn't bother to try on because it was extremely small, fit more like a US size 2 even tho I ordered a US 10.

The other dress size US 10 was still too small, I was barley able to slip it on but zipping it up would be impossible. The 3rd dress I ordered was a US12 and it was away too big it fit more like a US 14. I normally wear a US size 7. I intentionally ordered the dresses a little larger so I could get them tailored to be taken in certain areas but when they are way to small getting them fitted is impossible.

If any of these dresses fit based on your site sizing charts I would have been only mildly annoyed with the misrepresented next day delivery but the fact that every dress ordered was completely off from your sites sizing charts is extremely frustrating. I don't think its right that I have to pay for return shipping and wait up to 25 days to get a refund on dresses ordered that not 1 was sized accordingly to YOUR SITES SIZING CHART.

They will take your money, ship your product somewhere else, refuse to give out the address on file, provide you an email address that doesn't recieve mail, and then ignore you when you contact them through their website. These sellers are horrible with getting back to you and the people they ship through, DHL, are just as useless.
