The phone number for customer service doesn’t even ring. All you hear is a bit of static then the call ends.
I have been ordering from them for about 20 years now and had never had an issue until now. They took my money but I have no merchandise. They said they would send me an email when the order was shipped within 5 to 7 business days. It’s been almost a month.
I will never order from them again and will block their emails. Very disappointed as I’ve always liked their products.
I have been trying to call to check on the status of my order for the past 2 weeks. Call is not going through, nothing but static.

The first issue I have with this company is their bait and switch approach to collecting my email address for advertisement purposes. I was to receive free shipping for opting-in, which would have saved me $13.95 so I decided to provide it to them.
At that time there was no promo code provided to me nor was I redirected to a different page that would apply that discount.
I placed my order and then contacted the company to have them provide me the refund for the shipping. I went through two separate email exchanges in which they informed me that, without the code, they could not provide me with the refund. I stated TWICE that no code was provided to me and informed them that if they were not going to credit the shipping back to me then they were to remove my email address from the opt-in list. I stated that what they have done is illegal by collecting my email under false pretenses and should I receive one single advertisement from them that I would report them to the FCC.
That said, no refund was provided and no further contact was made to me even though I stated I wanted confirmation of one or the other (refund or opt-in removed.
The second issue I have with them is that, even though my merchandise was made to order and took 2-4 weeks ship, they charged my credit card immediately instead of when the item ships.
This is NOT customary and what that does is reduce the amount of time that you have to place a discrepancy on the charge at your bank. Most banks only allow 4 weeks to dispute a charge, which is why it is important to NOT charge my credit card UNTIL IT SHIPS. This company most likely is quite aware of the ticking clock and I suspect uses it to their advantage.
Lastly, my last complaint is that this order which takes 2-4 weeks to ship was backordered until mid-December. NO ONE contacted me to advise me of this issue and since the items were intended for Xmas presents this piece of information was pivotal.
I only found out about the backorder when I sent an email inquiring as to when it would ship.
I, of course, informed them that I am no longer interested in this order and to cancel it with a full refund.
This is the first time I've shopped at this retailer and I can guarantee you I won't ever shop there again. THEY ARE NOT TO BE TRUSTED!!!!!

- - Returned item; charged original freight $34.90 and return shipping.
I received a damaged item, paid for Saturday delivery, only to find out they don't do Saturday deliveries when I ordered, that was not what I was told by the customer representative, when I called no seemed to care at all, this went on for over a week. IT WAS DAMAGED, I TOOK PICTURES AND SENT TO THEM!
Finally talked to the supervisor, found out I could return it, they still wanted me to pay the original freight charge $34.90, plus the cost of shipping it back!
This is the second time I have purchased from them, never will again!!! They do not take care of customers, horrible customer service!!!
Defective bottle chillers
- - 2 bottle chillers ordered; first tore, second leaked.
- - Refund and postage promised after return were not honored; they sent 2 more.
ordered 2 bottle chillers from FEMAIL CREATIONS. The 1st one tore and the 2nd one leaked.
I called and talked to a rep. She told me since I was leaving the city for a medical emergency, I could send them back when I returned. When I returned, I was hospitalized w/ previous cancer problems. Upon returning them, they would NOT give me a refund, nor reimburse me for the postage which I was promised since they were defective.
They instead sent me 2 more bottle chillers which I am certain will be defective also.
I called & left Message w/manager about my cancer, but they were not sympathetic at all & now I am being ignored. PLEASE do NOT make purchases from this company!
