Aiden coffee maker needs returned, will not work
New coffee maker will not work. Keeps telling us to add water and the water is already in Such a shame because coffee tasted great, just not happy that we had no coffee when wanting it in the morning

I’ve already tried to send an email and it bounces back so why bother asking? Do have anyone that can answer a telephone and speak to a live person.
I called one of the stores in San Francisco. That’s the only way I was able to get any help at all now I am still waiting.
I return the item at Staples and I’ve gotten no confirmation that you have received the item and now this I have to have 100 symbols to return something. Why can’t it be just much simpler why do I have to write a story?

Poor shipping communication
Purchased a gift for Christmas and website stated delivery before Christmas. Purchased on 12/14.
Shipping status sat with no update stating a 12/24 delivery. No phone number to call them on. I emailed and finally the shipping updated to arrival on 12/30. Unacceptable!!!
Cannot get a human to speak with.
Only email. I will be disputing the charge.

Problems with my Aiden and need to know where to get more filters
I wanted to talk to a person and got referred back to communicating by email. Sometimes it is too difficult to describe a problem via email and I prefer to talk to a person.

Didn’t realize that dark roast beans are such an issue for ode 2 grinder
Grinder gets jammed when I try to grind dark roast beans even after I manually clean it.
You are correct that for customers that grind dark beans exclusively or primarily, they need to be cleaning their Ode Gen 2 regularly, weekly or even daily depending on the amount of beans, the fineness of the grind, and the specific roast profile. Filing a warranty claim for a new Ode Gen 2 would not change this, unfortunately. I apologize that I am not able to assist you further on the matter.

Fellow Ode grinder stopped working. I followed all YouTube instructions to remedy the situation…No luck.
Then followed another YouTube video to take it apart, and clean (nothing to clean out - it was very clean), Reassembled and STILL not working. Numerous emails were sent to Fellow customer service. All I have received was a response asking inane questions (that were addressed in the original correspondence). I have not been waiting six days for technical assistance, a phone call and NOTHING.
When I pay $300 for an appliance, customer service and the ability speak to a HUMAN BEING is expected. If this situation is not resolved very soon, I will send a message to Jake Miller (on LinkedIn), and NEVER purchase and/or recommend Fellow!
SO frustrated and disappointed with this company! Appreciate this site posting a phone number to try.
