Stupid app doesnt go online , the only way to activate sim is on app and it keeps saying cant connect online, I use a vodaphone sim an all. Clearly I am online.

They dont have a secondary way to activate.

Ie on website. Nor any live humans in life chat just stupid options of irrelevant questions.

I just changed operator. But no one can't reach me over phone

Today I changed my mobile operator and purchased unlimited Internet pack. However, after activating my mobile package no one can reached me over phone.

Internet connection is not also stable.

I'm not sure what is the technical issue. I'm trying to reach customer support for direct contact.
