NP away for a month with no apparent support to patients in her absence

The customer support is horrendous. There is no way to speak to a live person.

Given runaround and runaround when trying to contact NP.

Message says she will be away for a month but no way to contact a licensed professional that should be covering in her absence. Shame on you

My metabolic health consultation was cancelled, and they have not refunded the $99. No service has been delivered.

I have emailed customer service a number of times, and there is no way to get a live person on the phone. How ridiculous.

And there's no point in having a metabolic health consultation where they'll send you for a cholesterol blood test and a glucose fasting blood test, which can be done by going to any walk-in clinic or doctor. MSP is free in British Columbia.

Delivery failure and no response from company - possible scam

Despite my being home all day on the day of delivery, they said the delivery 'failed' and took my medication to a random post office an hour away from me. If I wanted to waste 2 hours going to a post office and showing my ID for this medication, I would not have paid extra for Felix.

When I contacted them about this, they ignored me. I'm still waiting for their response.

If they do respond, I will update this. If not, consider my experience before you give them your money - are you willing to risk having to travel an hour and show your ID for this medication that you're paying extra for?
