Witnessed a possibly impaired certainly reckless Feist tow truck and was trying to email them a notice. The email address "w.feist@***.com" (also found several other places) bounced back. No other electronic means to contact them.

Feist drivers not trained properly
I need a tow so I call AAA a Feist truck showed up.the driver said he was new at driving and this was his first week alone.my four wheel drive needed to be dollied he had a very hard time getting the dollies set and under my car.after loading car he went to *** moving about 3 feet before the dollie came unhooked dropping my car.after hooking my car again he made sure this time he LOCKED the dollies.He told me that they had only showed his this once or twice before being turned loose on his own.
