They tried to scam me
OUR WHOLE CONVERSATION IS IN THE ATTACHED PHOTO. THEY BASICALLY WANTED ME TO SEND THEM BACK THE ITEM AND PAY FOR THE RETURN SHIPPING.
WHY SHOULD I HAVE TO PAY FOR THEIR INCOMPETENCE? BESIDES THAT YOU LIED AND SAID YOU SENT A RETURN SHIPPING LABEL.
THEN EXPECTED ME TO SEND BACK THE ITEM FIRST. THIS BUSINESS IS A JOKE.
