Verified Reviewer |Resolved: I believe a FedEx driver stole my tires.
- - Ordered four tires; only two delivered.
- - FedEx said delivery at 5:10 PM, but no tires or proof of delivery image.
- - Walmart won’t refund after 8 days.
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with settlement agreement. I sued FedEx in small claims court.
I used "ABC Legal" to have them professionally served. The court date was set for Aust 19, 2025 at 8:30am.
On Tuesday, 7/15/25, I received an email from FedEx: "Your FedEx Claim has been approved!" for $501.24. As I said: the driver stole my tires, and there is no way FedEx could have produced or show any proof of delivery.
I filed a police report with the Riverside County Sherriff's dept., #TS25135****. Next, I've prepare a small claims lawsuti and I will be going down to the Riverside Superior Court on Monday to file the small claims lawsuit.
I have since purchase an additional two tires, totalling six tires of purchased, and I now have four new tires installed on my truck.
This is no longer just about the money. I am going to go out of my way, no matter the cost, to name and blame FedEx for the theft of my tires, so that others will be warned about how often and how easy it is for FedEx drivers to steal merchandise "out for delivery." BEWARE!
I am going down to the Riverside County Sherrifs office tomorrow morning to file a police report. I have also prepared my small claims lawsuit and when I leave the sherriffs office I am filing a small claims action against FedEx, at the Superior Court in Palm Springs.
Since this incident happened, I have had to purchase two more tires, making it a total of 6 tires I've now purchased, just so I can get four new tires on my truck. I also began searching online to see how often this kind of thing happens: I am schocked. I used search terms like, "Do FedEx drivers steal packages," and I am schocked at how often this has been reported. Now that this happened to me, and now that I've learned of numerous cases of FedEx drivers stealing packages "out for delivery," I will never ever again have anything shipped to my house via FedEx.
Many people have routinely had their "out for delivery" packages stolen, that is, not delivered, and it's up to the recipient to prove it. To opt for a FedEx delivery is a HUGE MISTAKE!
Unresolved. FedEx can so far only provide a written attestation that the two tires in question were delivered.
They can not provide a photo "proof of delivery." My next step is to go down to the local sherriff's office and file a police report. This I will do next.I went online and searched to see how many FedEx drivers are accused of stealing.
Wow: the thread I found on "X" was unbelievable. https://***/fedex_steals?lang=enThis is terrible.
As I’ve stated, there was no delivery attempt made on April 15, 2025 at my residence. I am 100% certain of this as 1) I took off from work the entire day and I was home all day waiting for this delivery, 2) I have four outside cameras, three of which face the front/street side of my home, the driveway, the street, and the front walk, and 3) I have driveway and front yard sensors that alert me if anyone drives or walks in front of my home.I contend that 1) there could not possibly be any “GPS tracking” that would show a FedEx truck came to my house at the supposed time that delivery was to be made, stopped, parked, long enough for the driver to unload the two tires and bring them to the front door, and 2) there could not possibly be a “proof of delivery” photo, since there was no delivery.First, I filed a dispute with “Affirm,” as Affirm financed this purchase.
I also filed a complaint with FedEx, although I now believe FedEx will do nothing, as I have so far experienced a dismissive attitude from the people I’ve spoken to at FedEx. They protect their own and I don’t feel they care at all about how I’ve been wronged.I am going to the Riverside county Sherriff’s on Wednesday, 5/7/25, to file a police report. Next, if this isn’t resolved soon, I am going to file a small claims suit, naming FedEx for 1) breach of contract (failure to deliver as agreed) and 2) negligence (failure to exercise reasonable care in delivering my package). Finally, if this has still not been resolved, I have decided to hire an attorney to initiate a lawsuit against FedEx claiming theft. In this way I will get to find out which driver stole these tires and to confront the driver.
For a fact: if there is an individual driver who claims to have been the actual driver who had these two tires in question on his/her truck, and that he/she parked in front of my home, got out and unloaded these two tires, and brought them to my front door area…that’s the person who stole my two tires. That delivery attempt never happened.I’m upset and I am going all the way on this. True, mistakes can be made, and I was hoping this was some kind of mistake. But, now I know that a FedEx driver can simply take your merchandise…theft…provide no proof of delivery, and the supposed recipient is simply screwed, then trying to prove they never got the delivery.I will never again opt for a FedEx delivery to my home, and I am actively warning my co-workers at the hospital about this.
A FedEx driver stole my tires. Whichever driver says that he/she was the one that made this delivery: that’s your thief.
I have received two of the four tires, two tires were never delivered.
I received tracking information stating that my order would be delivered on April 15, 2025.
With that information I took off work so that I would be here to receive the order. I also have outside cameras over my driveway as well as over my front door area, with my security camera monitor screen next to my desktop screen, directly in front of me. I could also see any vehicles that came to my home. I was given a delivery window of from 10:20 AM until 2:20 PM.
I was sitting here waiting for my order, from 8am until 5pm, which is when I called FedEx.
Around 4:00 PM realizing that nothing had been delivered yet I was starting to get concerned. I actually got from my computer desk, walked outside looked around to make sure I hadn't missed anything, but there was nothing yet delivered.
Then, at 5:10pm I received a FedEx e-mail stating that the tires had been delivered. I was shocked and immediately got up from my chair and went outside, within 1 minute of receiving that e-mail, and there was no delivery and no tires had been delivered to my location.
At approximately 5:15 PM I called FedEx. They put me on hold and said they spoke to "somebody" who told them the tires were delivered.
I then reiterated that I have been here all day I just walked outside: no tires were delivered here. I looked for the "proof of delivery" image, but of course there was none. I believe the FedEx driver stole two tires. I have also filed a complaint with FedEx.
I have called Walmart everyday for the past 8 days.
I am getting nowhere with them. They won't issue a refund. I told them each time that I called, that I don't even need the refund, I need the tires. I am 68 years old and still working full time for a local hospital.
I use my truck all day long for my job and I needed the tires. I am so upset about this.
Immediately after placing this order, I was alarmed, because I placed one order for four tires, but I was then supplied with four separate tracking numbers.
I was concerned that all four tires were being shipped separately and that worried me.
Needless to say, I will never order anything from Wal-Mart to be delivered directly to my house again. I will only opt for store pickup in the future, if I ever purchase from them online again.
FedEx tracking numbers:
453933****19 - never delivered - no "proof of delivery" photo
453933****20 - never delivered - no "proof of delivery" photo

453933****41 - delivered on 4/16/25 at 12:49pm - accurate "proof of delivery" photo
- Are big they deliver everywhere they are well established
- Even with no proof of delivery youre still screwed
- If you dont get your package you have to prove it
- Once the driver says he delivered they dont believe you
Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered
User's recommendation: NEVER have Walmart deliver anything of value to your home without a signature required.
Broken Promises
They cannot make a simple delivery. They have delivered here before, but in 3 days running, its out for delivery, but not delivered. This is the reason UPS is king in these here parts.

Verified ReviewerResolved: Late package and more.
Placed an order on 4-20-2026 and was to have the package on 4-24-2026, and all I'm getting is a runaround about the location of the package. That's not all; before this, I had a package delivered, and the driver threw it on my porch, and the package was open, also.
Back to the package for today.
I saw no less than 6 FedEx trucks go by my house, and not one stopped.
Dear new companies, please avoid using FedEx as a shipping company; they suck.
- Bad delivery reception and poor driver attitude
Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered
User's recommendation: Use those porch cameras to the full extent you can.

Verified ReviewerUnprofessional driver
- - -FedEx truck blocked traffic by parking 3–4 ft from the curb on 1723 Championship Blvd.
- - -The staff refused to move; one flashed a rude gesture.
No way to email photos and video of a reckless FedEx driver. He parked 3-4 FEET from the curb on a narrow street.
Must be too much effort to park at the curb so traffic can pass by. Kept traffic blocked for about 10 mins. There was a very long line of cars & trucks stuck behind him. When I asked one of the two delivery guys as he walked past me if they could move the truck, he said "NO, were not moving until the delivery is complete!" I pointed out that he was blocking traffic, and he flipped me off.
Truck number 661337, approx. 11:51am, Thursday, Aug 20, parked at 1723 Championship Blvd, Franklin, TN, and appeared to be delivering to #1725.
I have dashcam video.

Verified Reviewer |If I could do zero I would. Their delivery drivers follow directions plus many damaged packages.
This has been going on for years, but this last year their delivery drivers are beyond incompetent. I have 1 square section of concrete between my carport and my porch that is not covered.
FedEx habitually places my packages on this piece of concrete. Besides being open to the sun and rain, there are ants and a water hose. I have on my account a notice as to where to place the packages. That has not worked, so I also have a sign in the window pointing to and telling them where to place the packages.
I have called and complained many times. I have had the shippers put the directions on the label. I do not know what else to do. They just do not care.
I have had to make many claims. I am sure I have a big note on my file that states 'this lady is a pain.' Photos are just the latest delivery.
- Dilivery drivers do not care to follow directions
Preferred solution: Apology
User's recommendation: Do not ship with FedEx.

My package was not delivered to my address, 1057 Massengale Point Rd, Chattanooga, TN 37419. Tracking number 524223****58 shows delivered at 3:51 PM.
The picture posted is not my door. I contacted FedEx at 4:50 PM to let them know it was delivered to the wrong address.
The person said they would contact the driver, and he would contact me; he did not. Still missing!

Verified ReviewerFEDEX...5 THUMBS DOWN
As it stands, I’m not pursuing any further complaints with FedEx. This case is closed, I am finished with it. THANKS
NO RESOLUTION
The problem with the delivery and the picture...IT WAS NOT MY HOUSE, NOT MY ADDRESS. The driver also never indicated as to what address he used to leave the package. I immediately contacted *** to inform them that my package was not rec and received and was in fact delivered to another area and address. No effort on FedEx part to send the driver back out to where he made the delivery to retrieve the package.
After *** supposedly did their research...no package could be found Of course my full name and address is on 2 huge boxes. If the individuals were hones people they would and could have contacted FedEx to let them know that the package was not theirs and that it needed to be picked back up and re-delivered to the correct address. This I guess would have been too much like right. So of course after 3 days my package could not be found...REALLY.
I have read about this on the NEXTDOOR website and now it has happened to me. I have found out this happens a lot and a lot of people do not end up getting their packages. The driver was no where near my neighborhood or address. I do not know what type of navigation system the drivers use but clearly didn't feel like doing the delivery correctly on Apr 8.
For the people that took my package inside their residence...WHAT GOES AROUND WILL COME AROUND and it maybe when they lease expect it for anything. It may have nothing to do with a package but in the long run "I hope it does." To FedEx, thank you for providing bad delivery service, thank you for hiring drivers who do not properly use their GPS, thank you for not sending the driver back out to where my package was delivered to retrieve it in a timely manner.
Again, the FedEx service for me really...10 thumbs down.

- - Federal Express packages have been crushed and damaged.
- - Yesterday's package was ripped open with part of the box missing; I have photos.
If i could rate lower than a -0- I would.
I have been receiving packages from Federal Express that have been crushed and damaged. Yesterday was the last straw, so I feel the need to make a complaint.
The package I received yesterday was ripped open, a piece of the box was actually missing, and there were crushed sides.
I can't believe that you actually delivered it looking like it does. I have pictures if you would like to see them, and I also let the shipper know how you are delivering their packages.

User's recommendation: This is how I am receiving pkgs from FedEx, are you kidding me! if you are having the same issues, make a complaint! this is ridiculous, for the price of shipping this should never happen!!!

- - Camera footage shows no delivery attempt, and the driver claimed otherwise.
- - The package didn't require a signature, yet it wasn't left.
The driver lied about trying to deliver or package. He pulled in my driveway asks say there, never got out of his truck.
The package does not require a signature so he could have left it. But he was for whatever reason lazy and not doing his job.
I watched him from my window and we have camera footage showing he didnt even get out of the truck. He had no reason to lie!!!

Verified Reviewer |I am writing to formally escalate a...
- - Shipment from China to Namibia has been undelivered for eight months due to system upgrade and manifest issues; documents submitted, updates unclear.
I am writing to formally escalate a matter concerning my shipment, tracking number 886647****78, which was dispatched on 02 December 2025 from China to Namibia and has remained unresolved for approximately eight (8) months. I have been advised by the FedEx Namibia office that, following the upgrade of the ASYCUDA system by Customs and Excise, FedEx experienced difficulties capturing manifests and customs entries into the upgraded system.
As a result, my shipment has remained uncleared and undelivered for an unreasonably long period. While I appreciate that system upgrades may create operational challenges, an eight-month delay is entirely unacceptable. Throughout this period, I have not been provided with a clear timeline for resolution, nor have I received consistent and meaningful updates regarding the status of my shipment. Since the goods arrived in Namibia, there have been numerous amendments and corrections relating to the supporting documentation.
The final corrected invoice was submitted on 15 April 2026. Furthermore, the FedEx Regional Manager, Ms. Esther Iifo (Contact Number: +264811****14), confirmed that FedEx has received and is in possession of all the necessary documentation required to finalize the customs clearance process with Customs and Excise. In an effort to expedite the matter, I personally followed up directly with Customs and Excise on several occasions.
However, I was informed that the shipment cannot be finalized because FedEx has not successfully captured the manifest on the Customs system. Consequently, the customs clearance process remains incomplete, despite all required documentation having been submitted to and acknowledged by FedEx. Over the course of these eight months, I have made numerous attempts to engage with the local FedEx office. I have contacted Ms.
Esther Iifo by both telephone and email on multiple occasions. Unfortunately, my calls have not been returned, my emails have largely gone unanswered, and I have repeatedly been informed that she is unavailable or attending meetings. This lack of responsiveness has left me with no alternative but to escalate the matter to FedEx Headquarters. Additionally, more than 50 emails have been exchanged between myself and various FedEx representatives, many of whom have been copied into the correspondence.
Despite the extensive communication, repeated assurances, and ongoing follow-ups, the issue remains unresolved. The prolonged delay, inadequate communication, and apparent inability to complete a fundamental customs clearance requirement have caused me significant distress, anxiety, frustration, and inconvenience.
As a customer, I find it deeply concerning that a shipment can remain undelivered for eight months due to an issue that appears to fall within FedEx's operational responsibility. I respectfully request that FedEx Headquarters urgently investigate this matter and provide the following:
- Quick at picking up parcels in other countries
- Affordable
- Very slow in documentation processing once goods arrive in the destination country
Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product replacement. A lady with a brain called me 8:00 Am Sunday morning and corrected zip code, I received packag today, if the worthless guy would have just did the right thing instead of being [PERSON_NAME] and telling me shipper in [GEOGRAPHIC_DATA] has to point out a mistake I would have gotten package last week, I my not have been the shipper but I am a FedEx customer I ship and receive all the time and I’m the one paying all the time.
After he put me on hold for 10 minutes, he came back and said we really need the shipper to contact us. I asked, 'Can't a big carrier like you just simply check the zip code for the address the shipper put on?' and he said we really need the shipper to contact us.
I pleaded with him, 'Please, I'm an old man and I paid a lot of money for the package, and I'm depending on you to deliver.' I asked, 'What does it matter who contacts you? I'm a paying customer and I'm telling you that's not my zip code.
- Not very smart people to deal with
Preferred solution: Fix zip code to 49120 and deliver my package that you were paid to deliver

You really act as if you got something. What you received a was a nuisance payment just to get rid of a fetid pest and a professional P I T A that I'm sure pulls this *** everywhere.
If they really wanted to push it, you could have been hit for accusing a driver (who does not have the time) of stealing your garbage.
Please enjoy your little change that I'm sure if you took into account your time at minimum wage would only amount to a few pennies per hour. But hey, you thought you really stuck it to someone right?
