Reporting 2 work as scheduled... Question is "Are regular essential workers working today, 5-3-2021? Fiscal Year in it's 4th quarter... Lunar Year observed... Arbor Day noticed... New hires... Training sessions... Samples... Online application 4 candidates, talent and applicants... Links needed... Phone number 4 assistance needed...

Still hasn’t returned my call

After complaining to Fedex about their delivery procedures I have not Hurd back from fedex. I get me mails that say they got my message but that’s it. Fedex is really bad, in our community, fedex is hated because of the way they act and do business.

FedEx worst shipping ever

I am currently pregnant and have been receiving gift items via my registries using a few different shipping companies. On Sat 10/07/17 i walked out of my front door to find a package just thrown on the ground. No one rang the bell, knocked on the door etc. I knew that there should have been two packages delivered from the same order and was very concerned. I will be honest. I do not live in the best neighborhood and normally get left sorry we missed you notices when it comes to packages. My porch is not enclosed or protected from the elements. So I called thr customer service number for fedex explained my concern that someone potentially took the second bigger package and was informed that it was still in transit. I inquired if it was possible to change the shipping address to ensure the second package wasnt left where anyone can potentially steal it and was informed that i can apply a request not to leave the package without a signature. I was asked to stay on the line to ensure the new request was received by thr correct fedex location which i did. Needless to say it didnt matter. Today on Tues 10/10/17 my second package was left without a signature once again. Please keep in mind this is an item that was over $600. I called and inquired why was it left knowing the signature request was in effect. Janet from the Maryland office which is the customer service rep that was on the phone stated with attitude and I quote " Well, it was just a request " at thr point I asked to speak with a supervisor. Instead of putting on the pgone shr transfered me to the Texas office where I spoke with Mary H a customer service advocate. She was just as rude and did not even apologize for any wrong doing or offer any explaination of why something like this could happen. Obviously Fedex has a huge issue with there customer service/ solution areas. The delivery drivers have no respect or consideration for the people who they are delivering to or are capable of following even the most simple directions such as getting a signature. The customer service reps offer no type of solution to the problem their employees create. Please save your money and time, just go with UPS or some other company.
