So far the best decision I made...

As an educator, I asked about a sometime called Teacher Forgiveness Program, through another company called American Education Something, I cannot remember their exact name… Anyway, I was told that I did not qualify and needed to continue making my $400+ monthly payment. Then I found Federal Student Loan Options. Samantha Marchuriski informed me that not only did I qualify but they can significantly lower my payments. I thought this was a scam, and I was very hesitant to give out my personal information. Loans can be very confusing, and she helped me learn more by explaining to me the process. I looked up the information that Samantha provided me and after 3 days, figured what the heck! This company has changed my life. Not only did they do what they said they could do, they continue to check up and make sure everything is OK. What an amazing service! Not only did she help me out but my wife, and another colleague as well. Thank you Samantha.

This Company Is A Total Scam

I am writing this review to help people avoid being scammed by this "Company". Please be advised that the "positive" posts that are listed in this forum are clearly testimonials that were written and submitted by the company itself. First of they contact you using a computer generated call claiming they can assist you in refinancing or eliminating your student loan debt. They will then ask you for personal information such as your Date of Birth and Social Security number. You should never give this out over the phone to anyone! They then illegally set up an FSA account using your information which is 100% illegal. This "Company" will then claim for $595 they can help you. The truth of the matter is they are charging you for something you can do for FREE and should never be charged for. The Federal Student Aid website has issued a warning about these type of companies from the Secretary of Education which can be found at: https://studentaid.ed.gov/sa/about/announcements/debt-relief-message I hope by posting this information I can help you avoid getting scammed by this operation. The company information is listed below: Federal Student Loan Options 360 E. 1st St, #375 Tustin, CA 92780 D: (714)-798-**** www.federalstudentloanoptions.com
