Return of funds

They called my spouse after I only started an online application, he thought that I had set this up for him.. sounded legit. Now when we try and get the money returned to credit card, we have been getting run around for months. The program director hung up on me when he stated that this would be taken to a "board".. I then asked for boardd member names.. and CLICK.. he was gone. I will only call bim every day until this gets resolved. Program director is Andrew Tanbaum extension 775. What a disaster. I am going to call the local news troubleshooter soon.

Alexander Keeling

I was looking for a company to help me proceed to get a Canadian pardon. Canadian pardon seem to be a good place I applied october of 2012. As everybody else Keeling was nice made me get finger prints etc... then when he got the money I could only get a hold of him once and he told me after eight months that everything was A-ok. Now his phone number is not in service anymore and no more web side???? I am more than willing to get everybody that has been scam to get a law suit and get the thief. We can not let this guy get away with this.

Make a mistake when young get screwed later in life

applied almost two years ago now for a pardon and a waiver for the u.s. called over and over again . Actually spoke to him in Feb 2013 same story was waiting on court docs. now I call and phone is disconnected . took me for over 700 dollars so where do we go from here any tips , contacting RCMP today fraud squad. someone has to know there whereabouts this is not what people doing things right should go through . I am a grandfather and would love to take my grandson to disney , Now with the new laws am I screwed because of these scammers? total lies and deception . I will find them .

Mr

Hired Alex Keeling and Federal Pardons to get a US Waiver for something very simple. Rarely get a hold of him,never get an answer back and it has been since Jult 9th 2012. Any suggestions? I want to find him. I know where his office is. Is there anyone who is interested in sueing him? Any one who wants his address reply to this and I will supply. Maybe we all pay him a visit. I know there is a few looking for him. Does anyone know a good company to do this US Waiver. One that is trust worthy? Thanks.

He scammed me also,it's been over a year I'm waiting for him to fix my U.S waiver,,I gave him a deposit of 300 and never heard from him,they never answer the phone or respond to emails.in the end I did it myself.get your paperwork ready and just go to any U.S customs and hand them in.they charge u 585us dollars .by doing it herself it's much faster then using anyone to fix ur paperwork. In total to get ur U.S waiver will cost u 585us for submitting ur waiver and 70cdn for ur fingerprints.paying a company is not worth it,it took me 1 hr to get my paperwork ready,then I went to U.S customs and give n my application.everyone gets approved buck the U.S government makes billions a year from millions of Canadians paying for the waiver.

U will never find him at his office,I have some friends who work next door at the telus building and they have went several times.thats not his real name he uses. He's just a scammer that's all.he says he is paralegal,the only thing is that he's a ***,fraudster. Him and his partner who goes by the name robin.i should of known that he is not good from the start when I spoke to him on the phone.he sounded fishy and nervous.

Alexander Keeling

Alexander Keeling was sweet as pie at the beginning of our transaction. He answered every email I sent him promptly. Once he got my money things changed. He would not return my emails or phone calls. I have been waiting for over a year to receive paperwork that was only supposed to take a few weeks to complete. He is not a paralegal. There are dozens of complaints that have been filed against him and his company. Do not hire him, or the company he works for (Federal Pardons Canada). Hey can anyone explain to me how that cowboy in Quebec got close to getting on the plane with a prison sentence from trafficing drugs? He got by the boarder that checks your passport.

The one that stopped me for possesion of a hot car battery in 1976 that I got a $100.00 fine for. Anyone???

She has organized about 50 people that have been burned and something will be done.

I am in Toronto at the end of september and I will go over to Alex and his brides house. If I find him he wont like it.

I am someone who has made mistakes in the past. And I have experienced first hand, the frustration that comes with trying to get a job with a criminal record.

For me to read that there are people out there trying to scam those of us who have turned their lives around, and are trying to affect positive change is Disgusting.As if we do not face enough challenges.

Food for thought...If I were going to scam people, I certainly would not pick a group who have anti social and psychotic! Just about every criminal that I knew in my past life are defiantly Not the type of people you would want to scam...nor would they take it lying down....Just a thought!!

how do we locate these people?? They took over 13 months to get me my US waiver but i did get it.

Also i paid them for the Pardon which I have not revieved and now all the numbers and web page are down. I would like to know where i can meet these two individulas.

absolutely true. I have payed out more than $2000.00 and have not heard back from them in over a year now.

No one will talk with you after you have paid, you will only get answering machines after you have paid for services.

I am now paying a lawyer $120.00 an hour to contact and retrieve my money back. Do not give these people a dime!!!

The Canadian Anti fraud center would to have anyone who has been scammed by FPC, to call them at 1 88* *** ****. I called and filed.

They are in need of more complaints.

Federal Pardons Canada is a SCAM

I hired them in August 2011 to complete a U.S. waiver for my boyfriend. We hired Alexander Keeling. I was told that it would take a couple of months. It is now November 2012 and I still haven't gotten anything. I have called and emailed to no avail.My boyfriend has called and got no response. No one calls you back. No one answers your emails. I recently looked them up on the BBB website and they have an F rating. Stay FAR FAR away from this company. DO NOT HIRE THEM.
