Bad Loan
- - Loan with Flamingo Enterprises; sold to FPC; car repossessed.
- - 977 balance on a 15,000 loan; it should have cleared after sale; report shows 2,884.
i had a car loan with another company Flamingo Enterprises and it was sold to FPC i guest. Flamingo repo'd the car and sold it.
My balance was 977.00 from 15,000. My credit report says that i owe FPC $2,884. how the *** it goes from $977.00 to $2,884, the $977.00 should have been taking off when the car was sold and by balance should have been cleared.
FPC keep reporting and calling so i started calling there *** back letting them know that I know about the Deficiency Balance. And they will not get away with trying to harass me with the treats of putting liens on my things
Short Review on July&nbs-04:00;19,&nbs-04:00;2016
I have never done business with this company but yet they are on my credit report stating collections..wrong person...pissed
Poor business ethics
- - FCU bought a debt from AFS for a car loan default.
- - They say I owe the full vehicle price; the purchase was fraudulent and the car was returned.
FCU apparently bought a debt from AFS for "default" on car loan, but declare that I owe them the full purchase price of the vehicle. In fact, the purchase was fraudulent and that is why the car was returned.
The original finance company never gave me a dollar figure or pursued recovery nor has FCU. This is backdoor extortion to ruin my credit until I pay a debt that has never been verified or pursued by the original creditor.
I will need to go back to the Attorney General's office about this. The orginal creditor removed their complaint but FCU still is looking for some money.
Preferred solution: Take the unjustified complaint about nonpayment off of my credit report ASAP
They sent a letter saying i owe 17,000 on a car loan
- - I got a letter saying I owe almost 17,000 on a car loan I never had.
- - There is nothing on my credit reports; I don’t know what to do.
I got a letter today saying I owe almost 17,000 on a car loan that I never had. They claim in the letter they have made a bunch of attempts to contact me but this is the first I have heard of it.
There is nothing on my credit reports. So I am not sure what to do but I am not paying this ripoff company and I am not going to call them so they can waste my time.
I would like to know though if anybody else has cleared up any messes they had with these people?
