I haver provided all of the info required to qualify for this and it keeps getting denied no matter what I submit.

2 different customer reps had no clue what they were doing and giving me a bunch of BS and the runaround not resolving the issue.

EDD paycheck stubs - was not enough

Award letter - rejected because it didn't say final determination yet this is the only thing Edd sends.

Affidavit rejected.

Notice saying I'm no longer receiving Edd - rejected. The people processing this are like robots with zero people skill.

I'm stuck paying full price because these idiots are impossible to deal with and not worth it at the end of the day.

Another worthless government asst program that is a crazy maker. ZERO starts for these fools.

*** Poor Service

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
FCC Commissioner Dear Mr. Pai, I have filed 269 reports with the FCC and Do Not Call Registry in the past 24 months and over 500 in the past 48 months, and since I file these complaints one after the other, 1st National Do Not Call Registry and then the FCC, I have filed over ONE THOUSAND reports in just the past 48 months alone! Do you really feel like the FCC is an effective branch of the government? I feel like the billions of taxpayer dollars that are being wasted on the FCC could be much better spent on a new agency, with people that can actually get something done besides writing excuses on their web site for why they cant get anything accomplished except for making apologies for their *** poor services. P.S. I have forwarded this complaint to the White House for Help With A Federal Agency. Thank you in advance for taking a prompt, professional, responsible approach for this 2Nd or 3rd. complaint. Sincerely, Jeffery W. Hackenberg 109 South Mill Court Mount Hope, WV 25880 jhack@***.net

Disappointing television viewing

I'm diappointed wih television broadcasters since the local branch networks of KBJR, WDIO, and FOX21 are ignoring pleas from the community to end Sports broadcasting, and Phamaseutical, and Medical device advertising. The national broadcasters have also failed to do this, too. This is driving down viewing quality of the commercialized networks.

Ignored by the

We (my wife and I) have emailed the FCC about a problem we are having receiving calls indoors on our LG cell phone, provided by T-Mobile. We had contacted T-Mobile several times about the deficiency only to be told that the signal in our area was too weak and it would be corrected. Maybe they mean well but we still cannot receive calls indoors. The T-Mobile store in our area said there is no device to boost the signal in our house. To date our contact to the FCC has been ignored. Initially; they acknowledged the email we sent but it has been about three weeks with no response. We think that a government agency empowered to help the people should at least have some sympathy with these problems that citizens have. How callous can they get?

warren, Unfortunately, in truth your problem isn't with the FCC because their job isn't to supply you with a wireless signal thats T-Mobile's job, :? it is FCC's job to regulate and monitor said signal so that it does not interfere with other communications (wired & wireless) thats all.

,) It is the same as in cable/satelitte TV broadcasting. The FCC is not responsible for ABC cable signal not being properly fashioned for your area, you may just have to subscribe to XYZ cable to receive better reception. :cry T-Mobile is responsible for their own signal strength and must apply to FCC for any variance to said signal, biet a power boost, a wireless repeater, an antenna and/or tower in your area. Similarly ABC cable is not responsible for not being local to your area that is their choice.

Perhaps you should have directed this problem to T-Mobile who was clearly yanking your chain when they said it wasn't their problem. :)

I guess we get the kind of government that we deserve.

You actually expected a response from the FCC? Classic.

the fcc has no jurisdiction over quality of signal, they can only regulate the power levels and frequencies or modes. its like contacting the health department cause your lettuce head was too small.

FCC analog to digital Nightmare. what they aren't saying

This is one of the many e-mails I have sent to the FCC. They are ignoring the issue that millions of us will have when the switch-over happens. The FCC says nothing of this in their commercials because they are hiding these facts. All these 'Help' websites and phone numbers will not address this issue. These phone answerers no nothing about this issue, they only regurgitate info that is easily found on and sites like that. Yesterday I tried to go as far up the ladder as I could to get someone at the FCC to answer my question. After many "let me get you my manager" I ended up on hold for 30 minutes until getting disconnected. Digital signal drops dead after a max. of 50 miles. no matter what antenna you have. With millions of people being over 50 miles from the transmission tower, we are without picture. With all you major networks transmitting from the Empire State Building and me being 60.3 miles from there. Digitally, I get nothing except some college TV station and a Spanish station. Where in Analog, I have been happy for 47 years with my reception. What is the FCC doing to keep citizens receiving the Networks that they are currently receiving with Analog? The FCC must be aware that millions of citizens will be looking at a blue screen on June 12th even after spending the money to get the Converter box, after getting a rotary antenna and doing everything that the FCC said we need to do. The facts are that a digital signal does not have the characteristics of analog and millions of us that exceed the 50 mile range of the digital signal will be dropped from the information world of TV. I live in New York. ALL the major New York networks transmit from the Empire State building. As the Crow Flies, that is over 60 miles from my home. After re-scanning my converter box and facing the antenna properly, I cannot receive a signal for ANY of the network TV I am used to watching. Is the FCC Thumbing their nose to millions of citizens? For months now I have written to DTV.GOV and and any other Website the FCC is throwing out during TV commercials, the only comments I get from these people are to turn my antenna and face it toward Connecticut. The few stations I can receive when doing this do me no good. I live in New York, I need to receive New York News stations. WABC, WNBC, WCBS, WPIX, FOX , the ONE Connecticut major network I get does not give me New York News. When is the FCC going to put up repeaters just like every Cell Phone company knows it has to do to get it's digital signal out to the world?

Credit services telemarketer accused me of being a republican

I have already reported them to fcc and will do it again. I continue to receive phone calls on my home and business line even after several requests to be on their DNC list and telling them I am on the national DNC list. The rep told me to ask nicely and I said the first 5 times I did and that obviously did not get through to them. I asked to speak to a manager and upon being transferred the manager said you sound like a McCain voter...then in poor English chanted Yo-BAMA-Yo-MAMA! I said I am not sure why my political stance has anything to do with being placed on the DNC list, but I wanted to never receive another call again.

i would keep a log of dates and times they call and who you talked to each time and file a seperate complaint with the ftc for each seperate call and if you get 100 or more in a week then i guess you file 100 or more complaints each week

if there is enough seperate complaints filed then that will show a pattern of harassment
