I hired Shannon March 2017 for a divorce process that she was Incapable of completing. The forms were always filled with errors which she holds the client's responsible for.

She is very unprofessional, so if you are looking to hire a paralegal I advise you to take your business elsewhere. If you want it processed accurately and in a timely manner.

My mother and her brother went to Shannon to help them a probate/ possible reverse mortgage issue and she took their money and then they couldn't get a hold of her anymore. She made all kinds of promises to them that they had a case, then just disappeared.

She took $900 from us and it was very hard to get ahold of her. She lies nonstop.

She gives legal advice that we just found out she shouldn’t be giving. She told us to lie on court documents and to not input all of my income. She also told us that when we speak to the judge, to tell the judge that “so and so” was supposed to come back three years ago even though the deal was to come back one year ago. We told her “no but we’ll be under oath” and she said, “will anyone be there to prove you’re lying?” She is BAD news.

Very unethical but it was too late and she never gave us a refund because she said she already did the work even though she never even filed the paperwork that she was supposed to file with the court. She kept my husbands paystubs and has his social security. We are worried she will do something but are watching his credit.

The only thing she was very good at was lying. She excelled in that area.

I went to Fed-Up Legal Solutions approximately November 2018 for filing a

a summons for divorce. Shannon the paralegal new that my wife was granted

jurisdiction in another state but convinced me that I could get jurisdiction. Not so

I found out. Only an appellate court can do that. She deceived me and never should have taken the case. Shannon is very greedy. She only cares about the money and new clients. Everyone that has given her one star is absolutely telling

the truth.

1. She charged me initially $800 to file divorce papers. She never should have taken the case because she knew we would never get jurisdiction but never told me.

2. Papers she prepared were missing significant amounts of important information. That I corrected.

3. She files the paperwork in the wrong County. Luckily I caught it.

4. She convinced me for another $1800 she would take my case as a special project. She would handle all paperwork until my case was closed.

5. Once she received full payment the avoidance and deception began. She would not answer phone, text or email. She cancelled our weekly standing appointments or would run out her side door and get in her car and take off.

I caught her several times doing this. She’s full of excuses.

6. She was supposed to file an injunction to stop my wife from spending money.

She never did it.

7. She charged me $400 for a transcript she never ordered and kept the money.

8. She charged me $400 for grant deeds she never ordered and kept the money.

9. She told me that I didn’t have to make an appearance for a restraining order matter. Didn’t do her due diligence to me and I lost the case.

10. She was supposed to file a response to a Motion to Quash. SHE NEVER DID IT.

11. She said she would coach me before court appearances. She never did it

12. She said she would get an attorney for me but not until a week before court to save me money. She deliberately waited until the day before to give me the name of Attorney Gary Austin her protégé who wanted to charge me $5000. RIPOFF.

13. She convinces new clients to submit a positive review of her before they find out what she’s really like to offset all the negative reviews. More deception.

14. She won’t return my files.

All together I spent $3600 for nothing but pain and suffering. I’m a disabled veteran with very limited finances. Shannon took advantage of me. She knew my situation and disability. She’s heartless and greedy. She’s unprofessional and inconsiderate.

I would not recommend using this business. It’s a RIPOFF.
