1 1/2 825y Failed upon install and zero customer service

I was on hold for over 45 min and never spoke to a rep. Tried calling Watts as well to no avail. You spend enough money to go on a vacation for 2 weeks and they won't answer the phone!

Problem my 825 YA back flow preventer constantly chatters/ popping off.

When I tried to get some customer assistance I wound up with this site where you pay people to answer questions. How I pushed there from Febco customer service Ill never know.

Lf860 relief valve won't stop leaking even after a rebuild

The Plastics to brittle, on febco bonnet assembly

I would research other manufacturers to see if they offer a better product that last longer a diff manufacturer

Need engineering helpi had spoken with a couple of people from the engineering department regarding a problem Febco Backflow

The last gentleman I spoke with was going to send me an email with the engineering recommendations to replace the Backflow. Unfortunately Im still waiting for it?
