1 1/2 825y Failed upon install and zero customer service
I was on hold for over 45 min and never spoke to a rep. Tried calling Watts as well to no avail. You spend enough money to go on a vacation for 2 weeks and they won't answer the phone!

When I tried to get some customer assistance I wound up with this site where you pay people to answer questions. How I pushed there from Febco customer service Ill never know.

Lf860 relief valve won't stop leaking even after a rebuild

Bad relief valve even after a rebuild . Ok now Im becoming a pissed customer.
Could someone please call me at +163******** I need to resolve this issue as soon as possible. I spent hours rebuilding lf860 and taking it apart again and relief wont stop dripping.
Whats my next course of action ? New relief ?

Need engineering helpi had spoken with a couple of people from the engineering department regarding a problem Febco Backflow
The last gentleman I spoke with was going to send me an email with the engineering recommendations to replace the Backflow. Unfortunately Im still waiting for it?
